Not gonna lie. I miss this place. It’s been 20+ years since I’ve been to one. They still have their steak and eggs as well as the dinner plates. Soup and salad with dinner. It’s a comfort food kinda place to me.

The place has an great atmosphere of a true diner. Especially in the weekend, the palace can get rambunctious. Some plates are good, while others are okay. If most food was better, I would give it 5 stars. FYI, be prepared to make line in the weekends.

Amazing good food and especially the service!! We ordered the steak, shrimp, chicken tender combos and it was so good. Server Carminia made me and my husband feel so welcomed with a smile on her face. The manager had a really cool positive attitude and it was very much appreciated. Overall experience was awesomely good.

Had the fish and chips. Wife had steak. She said it was the best she had in a long while. My fish was surprisingly good! Bad news, the place is very noisy, so kind of hard the have a quiet conversation. Staff was friendly enough, sometimes over friendly. I will go back for the fish and chips. We usually show up mid afternoon, so we call it Linner

Thank goodness this Norm’s has REAL Hashbrowns. Their Hotcakes ate superb. The Hostess and Waitresses are very friendly and polite. I arrived in a bad mood but their food and employees made me feel a lot better. Thank you to all!
