Food and service here are good. Parking is not going to be an issue. This restaurant is very large with outdoor seating options. However, the restrooms are very small and narrow, not sure why that is.

Norms, where do I begin? It is a restaurant chain with stores in several southern California locations. The newest store is in Rancho Cucamonga. Norms operates like a ” well oil machine,” and staff are busy with the task of moving plates of delicious entrees from the cook station to your table. The menu selections are vast and will satisfy, all in your party. They can accommodate large parties. Some Norm stores are open 24 hours a day, while others may close at a designated time. Norms offers a discount for Veterans. The price point is at market average $$. But, value is above market.

We were waiting for about 15 minutes and my wife asked to get us seated or a response on our status and they replied with “Can you wait?” In a negative manner.

We went on Christmas the wait was like an hour so we ended up ordering online when we got home I was so disappointed. I got the Veggie Omelette there was hardly any veggies in it the avocado on top was brown. My home fries weren’t even cooked enough to eat and had so much grease in them. My boyfriend got the lumberjack breakfast. His eggs weren’t cooked where the whites were still runny. The bacon was way overcooked to hard to eat. I paid $42 for food we couldn’t eat

Sunday morning before 10, we just had few minutes wait before got our seats. Friendly staff and the food is great. I can’t complain, I ate all I ordered. By the time we finished eating the line is already so long outside the restaurant before noon. Restroom available. Parking available and lots of space. Thank you.

A friend & I were heading home after spending a few hours in LA checking out the new 6th St bridge. We were hungry so we exited on Indian Hill from 10fwy. When we entered the restaurant we were told it would be 15min wait to be seated. Once seated, the guy who placed napkins & cutlery asked if we’d like something to drink. The same guy brought me a Strawberry Lemonade & my friend an Iced Tea w/Lemon. Our waitress, who was nice & had high energy asked if we were ready to order, but we needed more time. She also told us the 2 soups for the day. A few minutes later, she returned. I ordered my meal by getting it kind of a la carte because the full meals had items I knew I wouldn’t eat. I didn’t want to waste food. I ordered a Stack of Hot Cakes which is 3 Pancakes for $6.99, I added Strawberry Topping w/Whipped Cream for $2.59 & added 2 sides which were 2 Eggs & 4 Strips of Bacon for $2.99 each side. My friend ordered Fish & Chips, but instead of French Fries she wanted a Baked Potato. Her meal included soup & salad. She asked for the Cream of Chicken Noodle, but found out they were out when the waitress returned w/the Chicken Gumbo instead. It was my friend’s 1st time trying the Chicken Gumbo, & she liked it. When my friend was served her food the waitress asked if she wanted Vinegar for her fish, & then zipped off to get it. My friend looked @ me & asked “What is the vinegar used for? Have u ever heard of that?”
