I ordered buffalo bites. BUFFALO. Cool. I should’ve checked my take out order before leaving but you would think, something as simple as Buffalo bites wouldn’t be missed. I realllly want my money back. The chicken lacks in flavor to eat alone. What a fail!!!! I should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering.

Norma’s is absolutely delicious! We always pickup 4 chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and mac-n-cheese to go. The bag is filled to the brim with amazing fresh baked rolls, cornbread, and extra mashed potatoes and gravy. This is the ultimate fresh country meal in this area! Love love love it!

The revolving kitchen in Fairview TX is near my workplace, so I placed an online order for Norma’s Cafe and picked it up at their counter. I drove 45 minutes to get home, with my mouth watering the whole way, just thinking about the chicken fried chicken sitting in my passengers seat that would soon be in my belly. When I get home, and open the box, the breading is white, the chicken inside is pink. Yuck! I called the revolving kitchen to speak to someone at Norma’s Cafe to let them know what happened. They handed the phone to a someone who was no help at all. I finally spoke to someone managing the restaurant who told me I would have to contact doordash to get a refund and leave my complaints with them. Really?! Is doordash in the kitchen making this raw food? Whatever! So I called door dash, got my refund, then left a message for Norma’s Cafe corporate letting them know they should hire better cooks at this location. Bad service, raw food, a giant pain in the… you get the point. Don’t eat here, save your money. If you decide to eat here anyway, then check your box before taking it home. I wish I had, because I would have thrown it back to the kitchen. So disappointed, Norma’s! 0/10

We ordered brunch and my husband got the chicken fried steak and the breading on the steak had no flavor and their cream gravy is watery thin. The biscuits are like a dinner roll/biscuit hybrid. Not your traditional southern style biscuits. Their pies were really disappointing. The meringue was abnormally firm and springy. The pie crust wasn’t very good either. The omelet and hash browns were good, but other than that everything else was disappointing.
