Had a great experience at this hotpot place! The broths were flavorful without being too heavy, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. They had a good variety of meat, seafood, and veggies, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly and checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Finally found a truly authentic Sichuan hotpot! The spicy broth tastes exactly like what you’d get in Chengdu—rich, aromatic, and properly mala. The heat level is legit, not watered down at all. Highly recommended for anyone who wants real Sichuan flavor.

Good food but severely understaffed.
The food took over 30 minutes to come out and we ordered hot pot so the ingredients are raw.. We also paid 2$ for the sauce bar which includes rice and at one point they ran out of rice and couldn’t refill it. They didn’t have anymore ready so they had to make more in the back so we never got a refill on the rice which is necessary for our spicy hot pot.
It’s sad to see because I know they’re hard working and the food is good but the lack of service really diminished our experience.

It was such a great experience! The ingredients were fresh, and the soup base was full of flavor — especially the spicy one, just like in Chongqing, China.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a clean, cozy atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to go with friends on a relax day. I’ll definitely come back again!

We came here on Friday night for dinner. Overall I think it’s good as a Chongqing hotpot restaurant. The atmosphere is good, the staff is friendly and the food have a good presentation as well as taste. Personally I like the rice cakes and meat.

Absolutely love Xi Hotpot! The flavors are so authentic, it really feels like eating hotpot back home. The spicy broth is amazing, super tasty and satisfying, and the dishes are fresh and go perfectly with it. I couldn’t stop eating!
