Catching up with an old friend, we chose Nordstrom Grill for a relaxed lunch. We started with a glass of red wine—$14 for a rather basic pour felt steep. I went with the burger and fries, while my friend opted for the steak salad. The burger was solid, satisfying without trying too hard. The fries, however, came with a mustard-based sauce that missed the mark—odd pairing and not particularly tasty.
Overall, the experience was pleasant. The atmosphere was comfortable, the service attentive, and the food mostly delivered. Just be prepared: this isn’t a budget-friendly spot. I’d give it a solid 4 stars.

Love this place so much! The look of their (fresh baked) warm cookie sundae has changed in the last 8 years but it still tastes delicious as ever!! Seriously my all time favorite dessert. I ask for two scoops of ice cream so there enough for every bite. It really is good ice cream too. I do miss the pickle appetizers they use to give with every meal and the quality of the food isn’t always as good as it was before. There salads are rather large just as a warning.
Children can color on the table and the children’s menu isn’t too bad offering fruit as a bonus but it’s nothing special. My son would prefer a salad or more vegetables on the side. Ultimately this generation is utilizing baby led weaning and healthier meals so it would be a huge step up for them to have a menu that better accommodates this.

2 stars is generous. Calamari was extremely chewy. My wife’s “Lavender Fiz” drink was just sprite and lemon juice. Pasta was a bit peppery, but not terrible. Her shrimp had clearly started to go bad with an extreme fishy profile and her pasta quite bland. Nearly $100 for just the two of us to get sub-par food isn’t acceptable. The service could have been better as it took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to be addressed by our server. The atmosphere is outdated and resembled an “upscale cafeteria”. We will not be returning.

I got a French dip and salad. It was okay, the salad was definitely disappointing. Come on, if you’re going to charge that much, at least serve a bowl of greens and not a little on the plate, and definitely nix the Kraft Parmesan cheese on top. Ruined it. The service was the best part.

Had a great experience. Only caution would be that the price is high when you have a couple drinks considering it is more of a cafe than a restaurant.
Will gladly come back. We had the seared chicken and flat iron steak. Both were great! Cut the steak with the butter knife and left the steak knife aside. Servers were attentive, bartenders new what to do, and the manager was on the floor greeting and helping out.

Always enjoy eating here rather than the mall food court as its just a nice break in our shopping. However, yesterday (Monday) we had a quick lunch here and our server Ken was just incredible. He simply went above and beyond and is an amazing server on all levels. Thank you, Ken, for making our day so much nicer than it could have been. We appreciated you and your effort!

My favorite lunch spot! Great views, food and service. My favorites are the chicken sandwich and the French dip. And you have to get the yummy fries with the to die for aioli to dip them in. And take a lemon ricotta cookie for the road.

I had no idea Nordi’s had a restaurant… and this place was phenomenal. Amazing food, service and overall vibe. I only got their soup as I was on a time crunch, but all the dishes coming out looked delish! If you’re at the mall or even if you’re not, this place is a solid choice for a good time and great food.

We love to stop by when we come to park meadows. Grab a drink and hang out. I gotta ask the male bartenders name next time. But, that guy is on point. Definitely holding the place down. Go in and have a drink next time you’re there and rack up the Nordy card. Haha.
