I ordered picked up my order and got back to work the order was completely wrong it took them 45 min to an 1hr to deliver the correct order and they had no regaurds for my inconvenience and was “yeah yeah!’ at me. As if I made the mistake. I don’t eat chicken from Chinese restaurants. “Food inc.” movie tells you all about why the pork always dyed red.

I called and tried to place my order to which she hung up on me. She didn’t give me a total or how long I had to wait. When I called back to ask if she hung up on me she said “ yes I hung up, what you want.” Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior from her.

Just barely ok food. Plantains always greasy and meat tough. The main problem is when buying the pork chops. It has an odd dried out taste, a bit like cardboard. I was told by a frequent buyer, that the taste changed after covid year. He says it tastes like they switched meat to shoulder or hip meat from dog.
Pork chops NOT taste like a real pork chop. Otherwise everything else passable.

I never experienced a rude attitude with these people until today. The cashier in front was arguing with 2 ladies when I entered then turned her rage on me when I asked her the price that she said was different over the phone. She was rolling her eyes and snatching money. She has such bags under her eyes maybe she don’t get any sleep which accounts for her bad attitude. I do not like eating from people who act like that because who knows how they treat food when no one is looking. Too bad this is the only place close to my job that I can pass and grab a bite but that may be coming to and end. I’ll settle for a sandwich from the convenience store next door until shes gone or they get proper costomer training smh.

Worst place ever do yourself a favor and stay away! They act like they doing you a favor! The young lady has the worst attitude ever! I ordered my food for my family at 8pm the food shows up at 9:15pm, First of all the food was cold and I was missing an order, I call back and the rude lady tells me she can’t guarantee when my owed order that I paid for will come? I proceed to demand my food. They couldn’t provide so I went to get my money as instructed! When I get to store they only wanted to give me the money for food and not tip! I demanded my tip with a huge fight! NEVER will order from here again!

Their food is not like it used to be. Their beef Lowmain is terrible soggy and pork fried rice is not tasty any more. They should get there act together. And get other people to work there people that know how to cook, oh another thing fried chicken and fried plantains were full of grease. Had to throw it all away. I haven’t gone back ever since ..

I lived in Section 5 for my entire life. The people who makes your order who cooks your food and gives you the food that they cook, you really have to give them a round of applause. In my eyes in my opinion, they are hard workers. Unfortunately we do have crazy people living in our section and in Co-op City in general that are completely disrespectful. Being that they speak another language, it’s hard for you to understand what they are saying. Because of that, we unfortunately assume that they are about to make your food the wrong way. I’m no chef but I might as well be a food critic, but they should really add a limited amount of oil they put in their food. For an example whenever you fry chicken you should perhaps get a napkin to drain all the oil that is still inside that chicken. The napkin can simply be used to absorb all the oil that may still be in that food. It’s just a suggestion. But otherwise their food are pretty good

Food here is perfectly fine and the guys working here are good people. Been eating at this place for almost 5 years now. There prices are “high” but tbh EVERYTHING in America is getting expensive… in comparison to everything else their prices are on the cheaper side imo.

I called to other something, and before I could finish what I was ordering she cut off the phone, then I had to go there to buy it, my sister asked a simple question and she started yelling and giving a lot of attitude to us. And she was being so disrespectful to the customers.Their chicken wings had veins in it which is nasty. Don’t go there except you want to be disrespected and given a lot of attitude
