The worst service that i had for a long time. I ordered 4 things through the app, 2 of them weren’t available when i arrived (even tho no one updated the options in the app) A blond woman in the kasse told me to cancel my order since the 2 things weren’t available.
The problem? The nordsee app has no such option. I asked how or at least if i can get something of similar value since i cannot just leave with empty hands or no refund. Her answer on “how do i cancel?” Was: I don’t know, the way you ordered it, now cancel it, then refused to do anything else. In the end i managed to make her give me something of similar value (even tho not as expensive as my normal order) and she was clearly pissed about it.
Please teach your employees how to use YOUR app.
This behaviour is unacceptable, especially if someone of older age happens to use the app and don’t know how it works (even if you had a cancellation option or live support for example).
Worst service in all of the nordsee places that i’ve been. Congrats.

The old woman does not like foreigners. She kicked us out saying that those tables were only for people who buy at this place. She only kicked us out even though there were two drunk men (who only had two beers from another store) bothering us all the time. The only difference was that they were speaking German and we were speaking Spanish. It’s okay if she Kicked out everyone who don’t buy stuff at this place, but apparently it’s only people who speak a foreign language. Shame

Food was dry. Service unfriendly. All reviews are correct. This place is a disgrace. I have been to far better Northsee restaurants. Yes it is fast food but cooking 4 hours in advance makes the food dry, stale and uneasy. Huge disappointment. Will not come back.

Some years ago, I had a “tuna” sandwich with traces of tuna in this shop, today I had “shrimp” cocktail salad with traces of shrimps (five tiny shrimps for 250g) please note that I am not talking about the jumbo shrimps salad of course. Therefore the name should be revised to “cocktail salad” without mentioning the shrimps considering that there are far more pineapple and mushrooms than shrimps, and of course revise the price downwards, 4€/100g for pineapple and mushrooms with cocktail sauce is outrageously expensive. For those having access to Marks and Spencer food, try their shrimp cocktail for the real experience and for a similar price. In the meantime, I would suggest that you avoid this place by all means as this is just a rip off
