My husband and I were driving through Denver and decided to stop by and eat tacos from this place. So glad we did!! They had amazing tacos and the service was outstanding. They were super welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. “Brazilian limeade” the lady made me was SO GOOD. Churros were fresh and delicious They informed us that their flavors were authentic from Mexico, and the corn tortillas were freshly made. Definitely will come back when we are in Denver again!

Absolutely loved Taco Block. The staff was so nice, the food was incredibly delicious, and the asada fries deserve a special shoutout — unreal. Can not recommend this place enough. My friend and I got the bowls , I got barbacoa and she got half al pastor and half barbacoa. How cool that they were able to split so she could try out both meats. We really enjoyed our meals , the flavors were on point. The service was great , staff was friendly and attentive. David made sure that we had the best experience at Nopal. I can’t wait to come back again.

After reaching out to five services, Nopal by Taco Block was the only one to call me to discuss details and to invite me to taste the menu options. Brenda, the owner with her husband, rolled out the most incredible tasting food that was flavored with authenticity! The flavor profiles on every single taco was dynamic and the food was not hidden by spices but was so delicious that each selection was an extremely tasty choice. The restaurant is placed in an easy location to get to off of Wadsworth or Sheridan. The sauces were all delectable and not overpowering in hotness. Beef, chicken, fish and vegetarian taco options were all phenomenal, especially paired with grilled pineapple and onions!The atmosphere inside or outside is comfortable, clean and inviting for big parties. Their customer service is white glove, excellence and highly cordial. Check out this exceptional restaurant because you will not be disappointed!

We used Taco Block from a recommendation for our son’s graduation party and were SO happy with them! Their setup was smooth, clean, easy and people ordered tacos and got them right away versus getting a pager to come back. So fresh and good. Everyone at our party raved. I would highly recommend! We booked about 4 months ahead since it was going to be a weekend. Brenda and Adrian were great to work with.

Everything we ordered was delicious, loved the carne asada fries, sirloin quesadilla and al pastor tacos, but the filled churros were definitely the crowd favorite out of everything. Maybe the best I’ve had. The staff was super friendly as well, we’ll definitely be back!

Food is ordered at a walkup counter buffet. The buffet food is prepared in the mornings. We had very meaty traditional tacos with beans and rice. There is a small bar counter to order liquor and beer; the bartender made my margarita to my specifications! The service was fantastic, as there was nobody else dining (Saturday at dinnertime, hmm?). Apparently one of their specialties is aguas frescas.
