Very decent menu, with limited but good Korean choices. Served rice cake in a spicy sauce just to dine in, and they were really good. My group ordered Kimchi, Booldak, Soondubu, and one of them ordered a no meat, no eggs, no mushroom fried rice. All of them were very good, had a street food taste to some of the dishes. The ambience was great, full of Korean pop culture paraphernalia. The drive through a Korean town TV was also a good addition, albeit being a bit commonplace these days week day fun crowd, Soju shots going around and decent fun crowd while we were there. Great location, a must visit in Clawson or in a visit to Detroit.

My wife and I randomly stopped in here looking for some late-lunch grub and we were so glad we did that we ended up coming back later in the day with our kid to get the full experience. Matt is incredible, the service is incredible, the vibe is great. Food is amazing. We had soy garlic boneless wings and dumplings and pickled radish the first stop. The second round we had bulgogi, cheese corn, and more dumplings. The beer is cold and Matt made our experience even better by generously comping a delicious fried rice which was just so kind of him. I can’t say enough good things about this spot.

Reminded me of places we used to frequent when we lived on Seoul from the vibes to the food! Delish dishes with our drinks that came quickly too. Fried chicken, corn/cheese and the bottle of red wine split between me and friend was the perfect nightcap. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Amazing food. Per other reviews we tried the cheese and chicken (medium) and the shrimp pancake. Both were superb!!!! 10000% recommend coming here. The medium spice had a little kick (just a tad above the app they served) so if you don’t like spice absolutely get the mild. Between 2 people we had a bit over half of both left and were very stuffed. The service was speedy and the servers were polite. The tables had a little button on them so you could call for service so you didn’t have to worry about flagging someone down. You probably will have to wait for a table so just keep that in mind when coming. We arrived at 5:13 and it was about a 40 minute wait for us. However, we were offered a table earlier on as there was an opening on the takeout side, we just waited for the actual table. We will absolutely be coming back and trying more dishes!! The only downside I felt was it was quite loud inside the restaurant. So if you don’t like loud noises bring some earplugs or headphones. Truly one of the best restaurants in the area. I see why they made it to the New York times list!!

I’m a returning customer of Noori Chicken. I usually drive 40 minutes to get their Korean fried chicken because it’s really good. However, today’s experience was disappointing. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. Also, the complimentary cabbage coleslaw was actually spoiled. I’m not sure if it wasn’t refrigerated or if it was just made a long time ago, but it definitely wasn’t fresh. I considered calling the store manager but decided against it.
I ordered the sauces half Supreme and half Soy Garlic. The Soy Garlic sauce was much sweeter than salty and very thick—almost like the recipe had changed. The Supreme sauce was fine. But the combination of the old fried taste and the delicious Supreme sauce felt really off.

The food was SO good. We ordered the wings, spicy chicken and cheese, the magic fries, and fried rice. I liked it was about to put my coat and purse inside my seat. We waited a while for our food which was fine, but we ordered a few appetizers. All of the food came out at the same time leaving us feeling rushed and taking most of our food home. It was worth the wait and we will definitely be back!

Very koreanesque ambiance and great food! Our service was a little slow on a weeknight but very courteous and we didn’t have a wait to sit down! We got bulgogi (yum) the wings with the supreme and garlic soy sauces (both came recommended). The magic fries were of course a hit with our son and kimchi rice was one of the best! They accidentally put meat in there but I like my fried rice without chunky protein, but the flavors were on point! Definitely would recommend

I’ve been driving half an hour each way to come here for years. It’s the best fried chicken in the city. It can take a bit of time to get your order, but that’s because it’s always fresh. The consistency of the great food is what keeps me coming back. The radishes on the side are sweet and have a nice zing to them, perfect when swapping between sauces and the magic fries. The boneless wings are huge and you’ll easily get two meals out of a combo!

Our first visit to Noori Pocha was outstanding. The service was top notch, very fast, very informative. The food is what stood out. The shrimp fried rice was sweet and delicious. The beef bulgogi was tender, flavorful and out of this world. The mussel soup was simple, yet comforting. The fried chicken…oh my the fried chicken. Crispy, amazing sauces (sweet and mild, chili soy), and the yum yum sauce was an excellent touch. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fun atmosphere with incredible food

Right off the bat, the Toppoki was great, a perfect start with a small spicy appetizer they provided once we were seated. We ordered the Soy Garlic Dumplings and the 16-piece Noori Boneless Wings in soy garlic and magic sprinkle coating (8pc each coat). The dumplings were a must have, an extra bonus when mixed with the topokki sauce. They were perfectly sweet, savory, had a wonderful crunch, and the fillings were flavorful. One of the easiest recommendations I could make of a dish there. The Noori chicken was giant, a far bigger portion than we realized but will definitely be great leftovers. The soy garlic was a tad sweeter than expected on the chicken, but it still paired really well. As for the magic sprinkle, it was good but it’s particularly difficult to describe how it tastes. I suppose it’s most similar to a parmesan herb powder coating, but even then, I feel it isn’t quite right. My wife however wasnt particularly fond of it and passed them over to me, which I gladly took. The pickled radish was great, super refreshing, and just what you want when you’ve stuffed yourself with fried food. My wife was not a fan of the coleslaw, but she usually only likes it half the time and admits it just wasn’t to her tastes this time. Overall, the food and atmosphere was fantastic, and we definitely plan to come back in the future!
