We decided on this coffee shop based on Google reviews. It’s a nice clean shop that was decorated for Christmas. The service was very friendly, but it was a little slow. Everyone was really nice though. We ordered several different coffees. We ordered a toasted marshmallow latte, mocha with extra chocolate latte, a white chocolate mocha with toasted marshmallow cold foam, an ice salted caramel latte , and a white chocolate mocha iced. The barista was kind enough to give us extra chocolate in the mocha, we all enjoyed our coffee, but my daughter didn’t recommend the cold foam. The entire interior.

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM in carteret county! The food is beyond amazing, the atmosphere is so cozy, and every staff member I met made me feel welcome.
I highly recommend the southern style grit bowl and my partner loved the breakfast sandwich ( first item on breakfast menu ).

Highly recommend!!!

CUTEST little shop. My chai was okay, but my family really enjoyed their coffee. They said it’s the best coffee we’ve found since we got to Emerald Isle!

The avocado toast was also super delicious, and my husband got a breakfast sandwich that he loved as well.

I will say, it took a while to get our coffees and food, but there also weren’t a ton of people working while we were there. It was okay, though, because the vibe was just very chill. If we were in a hurry to get somewhere, we may choose another place. But overall, we really enjoyed it here and will be back!

Very clean and beautiful coffee shop in Morehead City! The drinks seemed to run on the sweeter side for our group’s preference, but were delicious. The breakfast items we got were very good as well. The workers seemed a bit overwhelmed and like they could have used an extra hand.

This cafe deserves a perfect score from me. Upon entering, the ambiance was immediately welcoming and serene. The decor was exceptionally charming. Moving on to the culinary review, I ordered an iced chai and my fiancé opted for an iced mocha, both of which were delicious. I selected the Mexi-Brekkie Wrap, which boasted flavors that were truly exceptional. My fiancé chose The Breakfast Must, which was also very flavorful. The staff exhibited remarkable friendliness. I highly recommend giving this establishment a try.

NOT ALLEGY FRIENDLY!
My family and I went here to have brunch today and I wanted to make your business and others aware of a few food safety concerns. Our food and drinks were great and we liked the atmosphere but my sister had issues with her experience. My sister has a mild to severe sesame allergy which makes her very anxious to eat out so she tries her best to be selective/careful with what she eats, choosing minimal ingredient items to try and make it easier for herself and staff.

She told the barista she had a sesame allergy and to check with the chef to make sure her avocado toast had no sesame products in it. The barista checked with the chef and they informed my sister there was no sesame in the avocado toast. My sister was like awesome and ate but about 10 minutes into eating she started feeling symptoms. Thankfully they are not life threatening but these flu like symptoms last hours if not all day, sometimes requiring a hospital visit. She went back up to ask the brand of bread they used and after a quick google search found out the bread did in fact contain sesame. It is already very hard to find places that are food safe for her and she was very excited to find somewhere new to eat. However, this experience could have been avoided with substitutions and proper staff training. Though only the quality of my sister’s day was effected, for some this could’ve been a potentially life threatening situation. I think it is important your staff is aware of this and takes it very seriously. We hope in the future your business will take better care of its customers with food allergies. For the sake of my sister’s health, safety, and peace of mind we unfortunately will not be returning.

Nice space! Clean and comfortable. The avocado toast is SO good!! They serve two kinds…one with hard boiled egg and roasted red pepper…served cold. It is delicious! Haven’t tried the other…pesto and balsamic combo. I ordered just black coffee and it is very good as well. Definitely on my “go to” list! (Across from Cox restaurant on Arendell)

Is this Stars Hollow? Gilmore Girls called, they want their vibe back.
This is seriously the cutest little coffeehouse I have ever been in, the decor and staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast grilled cheese and fruit were absolutely delicious, coffee great too. Most view no wifi as a minus but I didn’t need it today, and do we always? What a perfect little experience pulled right from 2007, 10/10.

We loved this place! Great coffee and food. I was so excited to get my butter pecan latte with the little heart on it. 😉 The sandwich was great and the grits were amazing! For eggs, I’d invest in a little cook plate so you can scramble them. We will be back!

We stopped in on our way out of town. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful as we perused menu. The space is very cute and comfortable with the plants. But best of all- the food. My kids had bagels and both devoured. My husband and I had “the must” sandwich- so good and very big! You get your monies worth. The cheese grits are extremely cheesy and good. And the coffee was delicious as well. I’ll be back next time we come to the beach, highly recommend.
