We tried the Dine Out Vancouver Lunch Menu ($25) and everything came together as a perfect dining experience! The appetizer burrata & prosciutto toast was a two-bite delight. The ciabatta for the sandwich and the pizza dough was both cooked to perfection – chewy and moist on the inside, and crusty on the outside. The meatballs were infused with rich Italian spices. Salads were fresh and tangy. The dessert tiramisu finished the meat with a perfect toasty coffee & chocolaty note, lightly sweet just to the right amount. Remember to make a reservation! The restaurant was very busy at lunch hour and didn’t have space for walk-ins.

What a wonderful, bustling, high energy place to dine with friends! We caught up with our niece and her husband who suggested this neighbourhood spot in Kitsilano, Vancouver.
It’s loud. Somewhat crowded. And a lot of fun! This is the kind of place where you might come away feeling if you pulled up your chair alongside any table you’d be made welcome, and have a memorable evening. Truly.
And isn’t that rare in this day and age?
Known to the Manager, our party happily deferred to his suggestions, and we were not disappointed. Each new shared plate was a great taste experience. The pizza of the day, the pasta, and the tiramisu.
We exited with our tummies and hearts full.

The food is consistently delicious, and the portions are generous every time. That said, I’d recommend choosing a table rather than sitting at the bar. On two separate visits, with two different bartenders, the service felt unfriendly and a bit on autopilot. The servers on the floor, however, are fantastic — warm, engaging, and a big part of what makes the experience enjoyable.

The service and atmosphere were truly great. The staff were friendly and the space felt warm and welcoming. However, I can’t say I was impressed with the food. It was just okay, nothing particularly special. I enjoyed the experience overall, but the dishes didn’t stand out for me.

Went to Nook on September 17th for dinner while visiting Vancouver and I’m still thinking about their pasta almost a week later!! The noodles were cooked to perfection, the sauce was absolutely amazing and who doesn’t love a pile of parm to top it off. The waiter was amazingly friendly and helpful with the menu and recommended the best wines! The place was packed inside but we were able to scoop a table outside and even though it was a little chilly outside, the heaters kept us nice and warm.

The restaurant has a great location. The atmosphere is super relaxed and chill! Both the pizza and pasta were delicious — the pizza with chili was especially good! The salad was really fresh too. The only downside is that the menu is a bit limited, mostly focused on main dishes. It’d be even better if there were more variety to choose from.

This place is always packed in the summer, but we got lucky and were seated right away.
The only downside? It’s so popular that it can get pretty loud, which makes it a bit tough to have a proper conversation with friends.
Still, the food makes up for it. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Truly a gem, everyone should eat here if you’re in the kits area. Service was outstanding and authentic. Food was so good you didn’t want to stop eating even when full. Highly recommend the whipped ricotta crostini,chef’s kiss. And on top of everything else the vibes were warm and inviting. Would recommend for anything from solo lunch dates to a birthday bash. I’m already planning my next trip back
