Asian noodle soups, bowls & small plates served with beer in a chill space with counter seating.

Amazing. A family member recommendation. Friendly doesn’t even come close. Ultimately nice and cozy. Best pho ever. Go early, as they have a tendency to run out due to popularity.

Do you want to have the best pho in North Dakota? This is the spot, best fried rice? This is the spot. Everything on the menu is to die for. I recommend Noodlezip 100% super friendly staff.

Easily the best local Asian fusion place. Chef Marty does an incredible job with the space that he has and is always keeping the menu fresh and interesting with seasonal changes.
The ramen is always great and I’m especially fond of the dumplings with the homemade chili oil. The cost can get a bit on the pricy side, but it’s worth the extra money to support such a great locally owned business.
If you want to get in on a special treat, try attending one of their special dinner events. Check their facebook, they post about upcoming ones every few months!

Noodle Zip has the BEST pho! The broth is incredibly spicy and packed with flavor — bold, rich, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a comforting bowl.
As someone with Celiac, they are also very accommodating with gluten-free needs, which makes the experience even better. Amazing food and great attention to dietary restrictions — highly recommend!

Came here for a work trip after spending a year in North Dakota missing flavorful food, especially Asian ethnic foods.
The interior was nice, and aesthetically pleasing, clean, and simple. The service was a slight toss. The waitress whom was an older woman was short, and slightly abrasive when I asked her what she recommended, blurting “Beef Pho” in what seemed like an aggressive manner. But why do I really care? I’m here for the food. Her service was solid anyways, keeping my water topped off and checking up on me periodically enough yet not too much so she still did well.
Food was great. Literally something that I’ve been missing in so long. As a Vietnamese person, been to Vietnam, all over the world and states, this pho is solid. I wouldn’t say it was the best but it was good enough that I was happy purchasing it. What was crazy was that my appetizer was killer. I had the Pork Peking dumplings and that was worth coming back for alone. Great place, would come again. Just be aware that the prices were a little high but worth it.

I called ahead to place an order for pick up. The food was ready at pickup time. The restaurant smelled and looked great inside. Very clean bathroom.
Peking pork dumplings were phenomenal – get two sauces rather than just one.
Korean glass noodles was a big dish with lots of flavor.

Owner, cook, and food are great. Biggest issue was their wait staff. Woman was VERY rude. Doesn’t properly take note of your order, severely lacks manners, and doesn’t take accountability for their own mistake about delivering incorrect order. She picks and chooses which table she wants to be nice to and after to nicely point out her mistake, she retaliates with the worst service and hostile attitude for the rest of your stay. Could also overhear her relaying the orders to the kitchen and even then she was rude. Completely ruined the dining experience. Would have enjoyed my food more if only her attitude didn’t sour the whole experience.

Friendly small restaurant in the downtown area. Pork Dumplings were really good, fried crispy, good size, great filling, and the dipping sauce was delicious. Pho was also really good, broth was delicious though it was lacking what I call fat pearls, which to me is a good sign for the broth. Beef was good and they give you a good amount. Only recommendation would be to put the Basil, lime, etc on the side, everything was in the bowl.

The pho is good and Thai tea is just right, not overly sweet like most restaurants here. Staff are friendly. I’ve tried about everything on the menu and most is decent. However, it’s more expensive than comparable restaurants. But I have to downgrade my review after Valentine’s Day. We made a reservation, they didn’t tell us until we showed up it was a very limited special menu, most of it appetizers with no prices. Why no prices? I’ll tell you why. They increased the prices just for V-day. A bottle of water? $8. You heard that right. I looked around and the 4 other customers all had a glass of tap water. I wonder why… We left because the prices were ridiculous and the special menu sucked. You know how hard it was to find a new restaurant at peak dinner time? We ended up having food delivered and ate at home because the restaurants were fully booked. And we had to wait over an hour for delivery. Ruined taking my wife out for dinner on this special day. Big L for Noodlezip.
Edit: ate here again recently. They really need to fix the front door before someone gets hurt. Anyway, the chicken pho I ordered was the best one I’ve had from there. Must be close to a year since we went here after the Valentine’s Day review above. Marty is a real likable guy and has the right persona for this style of restaurant

This place was the highlight of my Bismarck trip. The selection of food for such a small location was fantastic, and everything was very flavorful. The main chef was chatty and charismatic. Another employee seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
