Small Little Chinese/Asian Restaurant. Definitely not your typical Chinese Food place. The food is unique with traditional Chinese-American fare but with added Asian items. One of the favorites was the Satay Chicken if you like Curry. Really tasty and very tender. Always a fan of the Dumplings and Noodle Dishes. The dumpling combo was very good which included 4 different types of Dumplings. Took home the Peking Noodles with Beef which was good. Had the Chinese Braised Beef Noodle Soup there and it was also good. Definitely a place worth checking out. Be back there soon.

We had to try this place since we’re Asian food lovers lol. We had some soup dumplings that I didn’t take a picture of, but they were really good. Service is good but a bit slow, it’s understandable since they’re new. The ramen my son order was a spicy miso, the broth was flavorful and it had a hint of peanut butter flavor, not too spicy, super creamy. I shared the happy family that came with fried rice, portions are descent, definitely fresh. We have to come back to try other dishes.

Asian Cuisine Noodles and Dumplings is a hidden gem located in the town of Mahopac! The atmosphere is cozy and sweet. Plus service is great! The owner is very sweet and takes her time to answer any questions you may have! The food was delicious! We had the steamed Shanghai buns and the double fried chicken wings to start! The fried chicken was so crispy and tasty! The buns were mouth watering and very juicy. We then had two different kinds of soups. We ordered the Sho-Yu Japanese Udon and the Malaysian Spicy Miso Ramen. The roasted pork in each soup was soft and the soups were both perfectly seasoned! It’s our new favorite sport and we will definitely be returning.

The food here is absolutely fantastic! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their passion fruit juice is a standout: freshly made and served with real fruit pieces. I genuinely wanted to give this place 5 stars based on taste alone.
However, I have to take away one star due to the long wait times. On both of my visits, I waited over 45 minutes for food. During my most recent visit, it took 35 minutes after receiving our appetizers for the server to return and take our dinner order. The delays were frustrating, especially given how great the food is.
I still recommend trying this spot if you’re patient and not in a rush. Hopefully they’ll hire more staff soon to help with the wait times. I’ll definitely update my review if service improves because the food truly deserves it.

I’m so glad we have a new gem in town! Asian Cuisine Noodles & Dumplins just opened, and it’s already one of my favorite spots. It has a clean vibe, but also warm and cozy.
We loved the noodle bowls and homemade steamed dumplings. Each dish we’ve tried has been fresh, and beautifully presented. The sesame chicken is probably the best I ever had!
The staff is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they put a lot of care into making sure we have a great experience. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Food was delicious and tasted fresh. We did take-out. My husband had the wings, which he enjoyed very much. My daughter had the crab ragoons, which she said tasted better and fresher other take out places. I had the Dim sum delight. It was very good except I thought they would be a bit bigger but were delicious. Can’t wait to try some of the other foods on their menu.
