Opened in late 2023, Burks Brothers Brewery & Taproom is a family-owned nano-brewery offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Patrons can enjoy a selection of craft beers brewed on-site, along with a full bar and a variety of bottled and canned beers. Beyond the drinks, the taproom provides entertainment with pool tables, darts, and a punching machine. Guests can enjoy weekly events including a live DJ on Friday nights and karaoke on Saturday nights. Snacks are available, and outside food is always welcome. Burks Brothers is a place where everyone is welcome to gather and have a good time.

Only had time to stop for a quick drink after a dry day, but the beer was cold and service was great!
Definitely a locals atmosphere and was close to my hotel so made it convenient and wasn’t a boring chain joint.
No food in house but bartender said folks doordash pretty regularly. I’ll stop by again if I’m back in the area.

This is such a cute little bar with such potential! It’s probably a really fun place for people who are regulars. Would love to come here frequently because I like the looks of it!
Just wish the bartenders seemed interested in serving you. Been here the last 3 times and Haven’t felt Welcomed. Usually have to go ask for somebody to get you something to drink. The last time the bartender didn’t tell me how much the drink was or let me know how much my tab was. I guess I’ll check my bank statement
But for the record, this is a really cute little bar and probably absolutely amazing if you come here all the time

Finally we get a brewery in town! Great atmosphere for enjoying some beer. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Since it just opened, everything was very clean and new. They had a few of their own beers which I tried, and were very good. They also have a good selection of other local craft beers on tap. They had a food truck out front, so you can get some food which was a plus. They had a few TV’s with sports on. Maybe a few more will be added to give more of an option over the other sports bars. Also, I hope they add some lite beers on tap in the future for those that don’t drink craft beers. I was impressed, and I will definitely be back. Cheers!

First thing I would like to point out is this place is not a brewery. Yes they have house beers but most of the choices are other beers. For me, this is more of a sports bar with pool tables and dart boards. Nothing wrong with that at all but the brewery title had me confused. They don’t serve food, at least I didn’t see any. The gal who was bartender was fantastic! Super nice and helpful! I felt bad for her because everything we asked for, they were out of. I was able to try one of the house beers and it was ok. My wife is not a big beer person so she asked for a margarita but they were out of mix. She ended up having the box wine they had on hand. Overall, I would say that if you want to hang out with friends and play pool, this place is for you. If you’re a beer person looking to check out local breweries, this may not be the place. It did seem odd that they were out of a lot of stuff on a Friday night but we were there around 5:00 so maybe they stocked up later.

Wanted to try this place out because I thought it was going to be a cool Brewery to chill at with friends. We walked up to the door and there was a crowd of extremely intoxicated people yelling and hurling slurs and threatening to fight each other. Keep in mind the sun was still out, it was 5pm. Bartender clearly doesn’t know when to cut off patrons. Never sat down, and never ordered a drink because the atmosphere was too toxic. If you’re into the shady divebar thing, this is your place.
Update: the fact that the owner is asking “ which day” tells me that this happens often… ( it happened today).

I really enjoy taverns like this and tried this one out while visiting family back home in AR. Enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly atmosphere however the bill was much higher than I was expecting for 3 beers and a sea breeze drink. Plus the only options to tip were 29, 39 and 49 percent which is a ridiculous tip to pour a few drinks. We didn’t even have any food. The phage on drinks/tip completely killed to mood. Not sure if they uncharged because we said we were from out of town but I couldn’t imagine paying these prices for a small local tavern. And tips are getting out of hand. Especially just to put me a few draft beers.

This is a nice place if you’re looking for more of a bar atmosphere, a little roudy, a full bar setup, about 6 taps of beer, 3-4 which are made by Burks Brothers, but they also carry bottled well known beers. It was loud with a lot of people having a great time. There’s a nice pool table, darts, and the ring game, plus chess and card games.
However, if you’re expecting a chill, craft brewery with lots of their own beer and tasters as well as glass pints like in the photos that is not what you’re going to get. I think it would be wise to update the main photos to more of what the experience is like now, not 3 years ago when it was more of a craft brewery with tasters and nice glasses with your awesome logo on it and lots of taps. Again it wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting based on name and main photos. Thanks so much for the beer! Only giving 3 stars because I felt a little mislead by the photos
