Unfortunately the food was the worst part of our experience here. It’s not bad for fast food, but not the quality we were expecting for the price. The Japanese Pan Noodles were good enough but pretty flavorless. Pot stickers were good. Fettucini was really bland. Buffalo chicken had no real flavor and the chicken was rubbery. Disappointing experience that we won’t repeat.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday evening.
Oh boy..where to start! Upon my arrival there were five people waiting. Three were waiting for a takeout order and two waiting to order. I asked one gentleman how long he had been waiting to place his order and he said about fifteen minutes. He waited another 15 minutes before being able to order, which means I also waited fifteen minutes to order. We were told that they had to catch up with their orders before they could take ours. While waiting at the counter, I noticed trash under the counters that had not been swept up. Once I was able to order, the staff was friendly and my food came to the table within a reasonable time frame. The young man who brought my food to the table was apologetic and very sweet. I was told they had no dishes available because they didn’t have a dishwasher that night. Upon my arrival in the dining room, I noticed some very disturbing issues. The trash was overflowing excessively. The tables were dirty and some were not cleared. There was trash around some of the tables. I did not use the restroom. So I cannot comment on that. It was clear they did not have enough staff for this restaurant to function efficiently or properly. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance at a restaurant.
If I were the manager, I would have made a command decision to close the doors for at least an hour so our staff could clean the restaurant versus presenting it in that condition to the public. They clearly need to hire more staff, which I understand is a challenge in Pueblo.

I ordered two orders of the same pasta, one with extra protein. With a sealed bag I wasn’t able to see my order until I got to my destination and saw that there was no indication of which bowl had the extra protein. Should I pick out the shrimp and count them out. Unbelievable that a company the size of Noodles has no prescient for that. And when I called the store- the girl who answered was clueless. Typical .

Customer service was great, especially Gabbie. The food was hot ,made to order and tasted good. You order a noodle bowl, you can get a protein or add whatever you want, they give you a # and bring it to your table, which came very fast. Only thing that I didn’t like was the straws…too much like a toilet paper roll. Overall good place if you like noodles. The rice crispy was good too…made fresh.

I ordered a combo with a salad and pasta. The Caesar salad tasted so overwhelmingly of dill pickles it was inedible, almost like they made the dressing with pickle juice. So gross. I should have just put my kroger ranch dressing instead so I didn’t waste the salad entirely but it was just eurgh. If I wanted pickle flavor I would have juste ordered some grinch socks meal thing from McDonald’s, at least then I’d have socks instead of wasted food

Noodles and Company itself is a fun, semi-healthy and unique alternative between fast-food and full sit down dining.

This particular location had decent quick service, great outdoor seating and easy access. The downfalls were the staff and cleanliness. Both are most likely related to each other. It would be unfair to classify it as unfriendly but the employees just weren’t focused on customer service. Tables weren’t cleaned regularly. Condiments and tea were empty. Then when we asked the response was very nonchalant. It’s not bad it’s just eh. We’ll give them the benefit of doubt and perhaps we hit them on an off day.

I have to say, my experience at Noodles & Co was quite the adventure and not the kind I was expecting. The parking lot is riddled with enormous potholes that are so deep and treacherous, I honestly thought I might get sucked into one! It felt more like navigating a mini crater zone than a parking area. I nearly lost my shoe in one of them lol If you’re planning to visit, buckle up and watch your step. Definitely needs some serious pothole repair to match the tasty noodles inside!

A unique place I had never heard of before. Spiced up our usual road trip food options. I like the inclusion of vegan/vegetarian meats, though it is just impossible nuggets which was very weird in my Japanese noodles. It was all good tho!

So a few months ago, we came in waited 45 minutes and our meal was never brought out so when we went and told them they remade it everything was fine. They gave us four tickets to use for for free bowls for in the future did not tell us we couldn’t use them for months or anything . The ticket says that they were available to use.
We did come in and use three of them like a month later after that incident, but came back in to use the other one today and the manager Gal said we’ve already fixed your bowls last time you came in and I said yeah I know we had one more coupon because we got four and we’re gonna use it today plus buy more. We’re always in here. I’m not too sure why she would be saying anything anyways, but she was really rude and said I’m sorry you can’t use that until after January like what did it matter we got them you guys messed up in the first place and gave us them to use. Didn’t tell us there was a pacific timeframe. I just feel like this manager just might not let her job altogether. I’m not too sure why she was so rude about it either and she said it in front of other people that was waiting to order which was really unprofessional and very rude.

Shayla took my order and proceeded to give several other customers their order before me, specifically those who ordered after me. When I asked her why they were getting their orders before me, she said “that’s my fault…I didn’t get your order in.” She never apologized and when my order was ready, she didn’t say thank you for your patience, or sorry for your wait, she just set my bag on the counter, turned away, avoiding eye contact with me, until I walked up to her and asked her for her name. I waited 25 minutes for my order. These people need to be trained in customer service.
