First time eating from here. Received the food via delivery. Food was tasty. Extremely disappointed though in portion servings. Paid for extra protein on both bowls (approx 5$ each). As seen in the photos, still little to no protein in my opinion. If this is with extra protein, I don’t even want to know the standard. Also ordered one small, and one regular bowl. No difference

I tried to place an order online but it didn’t work because I’m new to Google Pay and don’t quite understand it yet. So I went to the store and tried tap and pay there but the price was double in store so I went back to ordering online and it worked and even at half price even. None of that is the stores fault. I apologized three times about the issues and the employee never said a word back. It was obvious her and the cook were both mad because of issues with my payment and she had to get him to cancel my in store order in order to help the next customer.. She did come and apologize to me for an 8 minute wait because of how the chicken had to be cooked and “they had already cleaned the grill”. When my order was ready I said thank you to the young man who gave me my food. Again I got no response. Very uncomfortable and rude experience!!! Then when I get home to eat there isn’t even a 1/2 in of broth in my soup. So I got chicken noodles dry instead of chicken noodle soup. Probably intentional. I guess maybe they had already cleaned the soup pot too so I got a dab of water. The chicken, artichoke, and asparagus noodle bowl I ordered had no artichoke, asparagus ends, and about four pieces of spinach???. The bowl about half full and so salty I couldn’t even eat it!!! Again probably intentional!!! Good thing I only paid half the price by ordering online!!! These kids are not good for your company. They need to learn a lesson in common courtesy!!!

Asked for everything gluten free, called online to order. They asked if it was an allergy, and we said yes. Then got chicken with gluten and ate it accidentally. So we went in and they tried to gaslight us saying we only got what we ordered when we literally didnt. Noodles and company cant promise contamination free, so eating there is a risk you choose to make. But its absolutely ridiculous asking for gluten free, and for the least amount of cross contamination… Just to literally receive gluten?

Reached out to the store and promised free meals with refunds and compensation, but we received a refund day of because we simply can not have gluten, and never received free meals. The big problem is though, they don’t understand what gluten is, and thats dangerous. Please avoid eating here if you have allergies!

My daughter and I stopped by for lunch and they did not disappoint. Ms. Jeri and her team were so amazing! My grandson was smitten with them! The food was incredible- this was my first time to eat there and it won’t be my last. We brought home the left over because the servings were large… and I have to admit I didn’t want to share – lol! Thanks for a great experience Jeri and team! We will bring our families there for sure!

Went there with my wife to get subbeef struggling off. They no longer have it. I understand that my wife wouldn’t something else. I looked at the board in order to roast it meatball. Sub when you looked into the computer. He says I can’t find it sorry. Have you heard of Aston the people in the back? That prep the food? I ordered a soda wait for my wife to finish. Her meal went down the road again. Got a good American hamburger. What should I shoot at when two in the first place

A wonderful option for the price! Plenty of variety (as far as pasta goes) and out of the 2 times and 4 dishes I’ve ordered, all of them have been flavorful, plentiful, and well-made. The Penne Rosa was delicious, and had just the right hint of spice! This most recent visit I tried the chicken, artichoke, asparagus pasta and that was pretty good as well! Excited to try more!

We just discovered this place was right nearby, after much ogling of the very impressive menu online, we were excited to check it out. Once was enough.
I don’t expect everyone to be friendly just because I am. I do expect them to be decent. The person working the register, “Shy” written on name tag, I found to be genuinely nasty and extremely uncomfortable to deal with. I’ve never conducted a business transaction with someone so expressly loathed to speak to me. About the only clear/audible dialog I got were instructions for which buttons I needed to press on the card reader so that I can avoid tipping. Which in the moment I somehow mistook for actual helpfulness, rather than a personal insult, and foolishly tipped anyway.
We ordered the spicy Korean steak and the stroganoff to-go. It was ~ 4:30 on a Wednesday, not busy. It took 15 minutes, I waited at the end of the counter and observed several more transactions/order-pickups. My experience was not unique. And it was very much the same from the young guy with the sleeve tattoos putting out the orders; friendly guests acting like normal human beings met with stern stares and inexplicable silence.

Guest walks up, happy it’s dinner time
“What’s up man how’s it goin’?”-
-guy turns, unpleasant face, full eye contact, no response
“I’m here to pick up a -“
-“Name?” guy interrupts sharply
Guest says their name, guy puts the bag on the counter
“Sweet, thank you.”-
-guy already turned his back
Guest turns back towards cashier
“Alright you guys have a good night”-
-cashier watching, no response
Guest leaves quietly dejected

As for the food, we thought they forgot the sauce on the stroganoff, noodles were totally dry, but there actually was a small amount in the bottom of the dish, instead of on the food, “good” flavor though. I had the Korean steak, it was heavily sauced, not spicy, it tasted pretty good with some added chilies, the noodles were too soft but didn’t really strike me as old, the steak however was chewy mush. I thought overall it was pretty acceptable (the food not the service) for the price, until I had five solid days of diarrhea that I’m still dehydrated from.

A good option. A little spicy for my taste. I had macaroni and cheese and Alfredo tortellini. Both were very good. Staff exceptional, very friendly and helpful. What surprised me was the guarantee: if you don’t like the dish they change it for you. Recomendable
