The food definitely doesnt taste the same as years ago… I came to this location tonight because I was in Greeley for work, I live in Denver CO. I went to place my order with the girl up front and she had no clue how to make my order a meal, she kept telling me we dont offer that in a meal.. mind you it was the chicken bacon Alfredo, add shrimp it had no sauce in it! I got charged for the side of Mac and cheese and she didnt even give me a drink… I also placed a order of the potstickers for 6.. I only got 5 in my bowl and they where still cold! My Mac and cheese didnt have any suace in it either. I took my chicken Alfredo home because I was disappointed, I haven’t even tried it and just threw it into the fridge for tomorrow.! Before i was leaving, the girl that took my order was laughing and went to clean the batrhoom and one of her friends followed her into the bathroom aswell i heard them saying something but couldn’t make out what it was. I am just upset about my experience. only because I love noodles and company itself.. I used to work at a noodles and company years ago, but I definitely will NOT be back to this location ever again if I ever go to Greeley again for work or any other reason.

Sean Madison are so kind every time I come in and they deserve a special shoutout. The food is great every time I come in. This review is specifically about Brad, though. He is so kind, so funny, so cheerful. He is so polite and respectful and is the type of worker you’d hope you’d get any time you go to a restaurant. Super professional, great attitude, and obviously happy to be there.
Ps- brads parents if you see this, you did a great job.

The employee up front, Tonya, was coughing into everyone’s food, not covering her mouth, and when she did she wasn’t washing her hands and then she was touching everyone’s dishes. She was also out in charge of carrying out orders to tables and completely coughing over and into the food. It’s disgusting to even have her working, let alone touching all of our food whilst also being sick and it’s practically us paying to make ourselves ill. She told us it was allergies but it really didn’t seem that way with the way she was coughing. She was incredibly sweet but it really grossed us out and it’s a disappointment if the management is who is making her work while recovering.

Not really sure why I paid for extra chicken cause thats not even enough to qualify as a standard ammount and no silverware? Its cool I requested some but I will eat with my hands probably won’t bother ordering here again. Not empressed for like $17 for a salad ??

I used to love the food here. The quality.has gone down hill. I used to love the Pesto Cavatapi and if you look at my photo there is no pesto sauce. The food is not cheap yet the quality sucks.

It was busy and I was ignored for a never-ending line. People that came in after me were being waited on while my food was sitting- ready to go. Learn to pause for the “quick pick up” line.

Let’s talk about Brad. Best employee by far. Made my entire night. He’s SO FUNNY!! And he’s so good at his job. He has got to be the best service industry person I’ve encountered- and IM in the service industry. I will strive to be like him.

Noodles is a quick-serve, order at the counter causal restaurant. In addition to salads and soups, they serve a variety of noodle based meals. The broad noodle categories are Macs, Zoodles (zucchini noodles), Classic and Asian. On the menu, they list 9 vegetarian entrees and 4 gluten free entrees. They also offer 4 kids menu entrees. Although the front entrance opens wide (two doors) and is level with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. My entree, lemon sauce zucchini asparagus with chicken bowl, was tasty. I was a bit surprised my food wasn’t hotter in temp given they appear to custom prepare each order. I found the portion size to be adequate for the $11.00 price. The staff was friendly enough, but did seems to be slightly understaffed for the lunch rush, but my wait was reasonable. The freestyle coke beverage machine is a plus. Pro tip: I believe you can swap out regular noodles for zucchini noodles on any entree for $1. If you found this review helpful, please hit “like”.

I ordered Mac n cheese and then they said to order egg noodles and garlic cream sauce and add mushrooms. It will taste just like the mushroom stroganoff they had. So they didn’t have egg noodles and then you couldn’t taste anything. I paid for them to add the mushrooms and there was 3 mushrooms lol. Ridiculous. They barely put any sauce on it. Then clumped the cheese in the middle. It was so disappointing. I haven’t been here in 6 years and I will never go back ever again.

My absolutely favorite place to grab fast GLUTEN FREE noodles. They are the best! I have never once gotten sick from cross contamination. They are BRILLIANT.
