Good experience overall – what you hope for when you go to McDonald’s.
I stopped by today for lunch through the drive through. The person who took my order was polite and efficient. The person who gave me my food was the same way. I got home and by burger was correct, the fries were hot and the coke was cold. It hit the spot.

Got a double cheese burger meal.. and there’s no meat on either bun. This location has been going down hill at a rapid rate. Used to be reliably great with a 100 health inspection. Now it’s easily the most disappointing. Not to mention an up charge for sweet tea. I’m sure the sugar and tea bags with water are definitely what’s breaking the bank. Will not be back.

This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Most of the time, items I pay for are missing. Today I ordered two breakfast meals. My meal was missing the hash brown, so I went back inside to get it. Then, once I got home, I realized the hotcake meal was also missing its hash brown.
How does this keep happening? Double-checking orders is literally part of the job, no apologies, and the managers are just as terrible.

Just a heads up. This location is pretty good about giving you the wrong order. Thats one thing they are very consistent on. Ask for a chicken biscuit combo, the man repeated my order, and It was still wrong. At this point it’s a little more hilarious and entertaining to see the mystery box im getting. Only reason I keep coming back. Lmao.

the barbecue sauce is great, sweet and sour. The fresh onions with dill pickles just all go together perfectly.
Things I don’t like is the auto self menu. It’s so Uber complicated. I really hate it. It should be easier than it is. Should just be able to click a McRib pay now – go – done.

This is one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. The inside was cleanly & it was easy to get help if needed. The workers were helpful in getting us what we needed in a timely fashion. They even brought out food to our table. Very impressed.

Staff here are friendly and professional. They added more sweet tea to the lobby when needed and the front staff were maintaining the dining room. They quickly corrected a minor mistake with my order. This McDonald’s is a good one based on my one experience here.

Crispy chicken sandwich was inedible. Bun was black-burned on both pieces. The chicken was dry and tasted like burned wood.
