Sad that I have to leave a one star review, because in the past I have actually really enjoyed this location and have thought that the staff was great! I still do, but am very, very disappointed with my most recent visit. I ordered a regular mac and cheese and was served dry noodles — no cheese sauce, just cooked noodles. I ordered takeout so by the time I noticed, I was already home and unable to leave the house again to have my food remade, so I reached out to customer service for a refund. I did not receive a response, so I reached out again, and still did not receive a response. It has been nearly a week and I still have not heard anything, which is what leads to this one star review. I understand the initial incident. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, but for there to be no resolution when I paid $8 for a bowl of mac n cheese is very frustrating. I feel like my money and patience has been disrespected. 🙁

Spent $118 on a carryout order on the app for a daughter’s birthday meal. The packing slip showed the order was complete – two large sacks. I handed out all the food and one meal was missing. I returned for the missing meal and was given a cookie for my trouble. Comping the meal would have been more appropriate.

We have tried a variety of dishes and feel the Pad Thai is usually the best bang for your buck, and most consistent. When we try new options like the chicken and prosciutto tortellini with smoked gouda we were disappointed and thought it didn’t have that great of flavor. We have also tried the Leanguini Alfredo MontAmore and felt the portion was small and the sauce easily separates if reheated. Overall feel the quality has gone down despite the increasing cost.

Again, this location has screwed up my order. I asked for 2 chicken Caesar salads. The guy asked me, do you want a regular size or a small on one of them, I pick small, got regular size on the other. He asked somebody to help him, How to do the small CHICKEN CEASER SALAD. Well, these people need to learn how to do or know their job. Because neither one of the workers could do it. The guy handed me my food and he said lettuce is fresh and there is chicken so I thought I will tip him, big mistake because he didn’t double check if it was correct, but neither did I. I have take the blame for some of this. I get home and there was no chicken in my Caesar salad. Second time that this has happened with this location. This is very disappointing. I have called them 7 times and they have not answered or they pick up and hang up. You need to teach your people. How to do their job, naybe more training. I could show them how to do it, listen, double check customer order, ect. This is ridiculous this keeps happening…
