We generally love Domino’s and order from the brand often, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Our estimated delivery time was 20 minutes, yet it took over an hour for the order to arrive with no communication or update.
When the food finally arrived, the pizzas had barely any sauce and the second pizza was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but what followed was completely unacceptable. We called the store to politely let them know about the incorrect order and were immediately hung up on. We attempted to call back several times and the phone was never answered again.
This situation reflects far more than a simple error. It shows a lack of basic quality control, customer service, and accountability. Being dismissed rather than assisted is not how a company with Domino’s reputation should be operating.
Between the excessive wait, poor food quality, incorrect order, and unprofessional handling of a customer concern, we will never order from this store again. Corporate should absolutely be aware of how this location is representing the brand.

I’m just going to give a 5-star review to offset all the other 1-star reviews. We live on the North Side in what is probably the furthest corner of their delivery radius, yet the last few times we ordered from this location the food has arrived in a reasonable amount of time, was still warm, and tasted great (well, as great as Domino’s can be anyways).
When we first moved here we would order and sometimes be waiting 2+ hours for our delivery, which would arrive lukewarm and barely edible. In my eyes this location has made improvements, and I applaud them for their efforts. We will order again. We like to support local pizzerias more frequently, but once in a while we do just get a Domino’s craving.

1 1/2 hours to get my food this time. I had received a credit for a free pizza after my last order took an hour and arrived cold, but I figured it was a fluke/ bad night and I’d try again. It was more than 30 minutes after the tracker updated that the driver had left the store before it showed him leaving their parking lot, and then of course had to make multiple deliveries in the opposite direction before mine.
I don’t generally like to complain – I realize that there are much worse things & that it’s saving me from having to go out myself, but if you’re going to charge me $5 for delivery, I’d like it to at least be within an hour from when you tell me it’s left the store. I will likely not order from here again.
As it stands right now I placed the order at 5:44pm, the driver “left” the store at 6:16, and it’s currently 7:10 and I’m still not sure if there are other stops before it’s finally my turn.

Ordered $89 worth of food. The store called and cancelled the order but they still charged my card. I tried calling for three days. No one answered their phone. Called corporate and found out the store is privately owned but corporate said they would forward the concern. Four days later, no contact from West View Domino’s. I have been trying to call again all day. No one is taking calls. Clear case of failure to deliver goods and fraud. Stay away from this store!

It pains me to write this because I love Dominoes but I can no longer defend it. It took an hour and a half to get our order, it was marked delivered well before it showed up, and there is never any sauce on the buffalo chicken pizzas (my favorite) even though I mark extra sauce every. Single. Time. I couldn’t get through to the store on the phone either.

Wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. Had the delivery driver call and say he can’t make the delivery, and asked if I can come get the order. Told him to just refund my order. I’ve been down to the store multiple times now and nobody will give me a refund. Im told the manager has to do it, yet nobody can tell me when the manager will be in. Go to Gino Brother instead. 10x better food and service.

I’d give this 0 stars. I really wish I read the reviews before ordering delivery on the app. First and last time ordering from this location. $40 worth of food I received over and 1 late, the delivery guy LEFT the food on the ground in front of my door in freezing cold weather. Who does that? So I didn’t even notice until the app stated delivery was completed. I have a doorbell! It was also cash on delivery, he didn’t pay attention and left. Before I could even call them and let them know it wasn’t paid for and also how it was left. They sent this man back to my house 30-45 min later in the freezing cold to collect the payment. I simply called the manager of the store to simply state how horrible their service is, the food wasn’t touched what so ever and I’m not paying for it. But I would like to pay the delivery guys tip. The woman RUDELY interrupted me mid way, “just give the food back to the delivery guy and sign the slip”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The delivery guy felt bad, however I tipped him the amount of the bill and gave the cold pizza back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THS LOCATION.

Reported the issue in the app and was offered a free medium pizza for the troubles – far less than the value of my order, which they still charged me for. Will never order from this chain again.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by the delivery driver. He literally walked up and said “you will give me the tip”, we said the tip was already in the online order, and he said “no, YOU don’t understand, I give you the slip and you give me the tip”. He would not leave or accept the pen back until we left a second tip. At 11:30pm all I wanted was this increasingly aggressive man off my porch so I left more money. I can’t suggest anyone order from this Dominos unless you want to be extorted and belittled on your porch for three minutes.
