I am disappointed with the way the manager treats students from the nearby school. Initially, students were told they would receive a free cup with their drinks. However, the manager later changed this and accused students of asking for too many cups and forks, stating that we do not pay for them.
The communication has been inconsistent, and the manager’s attitude toward students has come across as rude and dismissive. As paying customers, students deserve to be treated with respect and given clear information about store policies. I hope management can address this issue and ensure a more professional and respectful experience for everyone.

I originally came to this location one day to grab food on my lunch break and the place had no line but 20 orders ready to be packaged while the 2 girls working the front messed with the bag stickers……I saw everyone in there waiting on a pickup so I walked out because I don’t have that time on my lunch.
Well today it was less busy so I decided to try again and I got my food which I paid for online and did tip then. Then I decided to grab a rice crispy treat for my husband. The girl up front was very rude and upset that I didn’t tip her for the rice crispy. Also the food is sub par, not enough sauce so its dry, noodles overcooked as well as the chicken. I won’t be back which is sad because I used to love noodles.

The place was completely empty, and we put in our order, got it really quickly considering that I had ordered chicken parmesan, and it was delicious! The staff were really kind and hospitable. This made the whole place seem like more of a nice restaurant.

I admit the food was good. But I was very disappointed that even though I specifically stated I was eating in when asked, everything came in a to go container. I had to go ask for a big bowl for my soup, because who wants hot soup and a flimsy plastic container. He unlidded My salad as he served it. What a waste of resources. I also had to ask for a metal spoon.

Wow I am in complete shock. The very big guy with the small pony tail was extremely rude. Did not acknowledge me and when someone told him I was there he yelled VERY LOUDLY “I DON’T CARE” to his Co worker. I am still freaked out that a person like that is working with the public. Canceled my order and walked right out. Never going there to this location again because of him.

Pretty nice restaurant chain! Expected mediocre good from a franchise, but was proved wrong with the quality of dishes and level of professional customer service! This was my first time here and will definitely be a lifetime customer! Building was exceptionally clean and staff pleasant/patient while waiting for me to decide.

Woof! First they gave me a Ceasar instead of the Mediterranean that I had ordered. When I got the correct order, the grilled chicken was grey and hard and the noodles in the salad were half dried out. Gross. I won’t be back

Ordered the Spicy Korean beef noodles and the BBQ Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a 4 star but the spicy Korean beef noodles is a 3 star. It was way too sweet and not spicy at all.
