I’ve ordered doordash from this location a few times, and each time the order was correct. The packaging was also great. The food tasted great each time. The Penne Rosa is one of my favorites. The meatballs are also very tasty and great.

The young man who took our order was polite and attentive. He and my 17 year old exchanged ages and names as this generation does so easily. It was nice to see a young person interact with clients as well as he did. He even took my cilantro away after he brought us our food as I forgot to order my meal without it. A very good experience all around.

We ordered a couple of to go meals. I’m fairly certain that our meals were leftover dishes that had been sitting in a warmer for a couple hours. Within 90 minutes my stomach was upset and I had to plan the rest of my evening in close proximity to a bathroom. Not cool Noodles.

I always used to love how when you dined in at a Noodles they would serve you in real crockery. The menu even shows all the meals in real bowls. The cashier asked me if I would be dining in or taking out, I said I’d be dining in, and like everyone else in the restaurant, I was served my food in plastic, with lids! What’s the point? Such a waste! I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Photo is of all the plastic they gave me, a single person, dining alone. I ordered a small noodle bowl and a small salad. Food was good, but not worth this much waste. Don’t want to support these kinds of lazy and careless decisions made by management.

We stood at the cash register for 5 minutes while the four employees fought with each other and refused to take our order. When I asked how much longer it would be before our order would be taken one employee straight on glared at me. We left. Overland Park noodles. Worst experience for customer service EVER!

They removed the Indonesian peanut Saute years back so until they bring it back will keep taking a star away. Otherwise what we ordered was what we go and it was good for the most part. Nothing like the Indonesian Peanut Saute though.

The variety of dishes is great. I do agree that the prices are a little high for what you get, however it is all made fresh to order. This is both good and bad in that when ordering the same dish, which had many nice ingredients, depending on the person making it, you may get different amounts each time. So, a little inconsistent in toppings, sauce amount, onions, etc.
