We absolutely love this place and are proud repeat customers! I ordered the Pasta Fresca (regular, extra sauce, with marinated steak added), and it was absolutely delicious. He had the Spicy Korean Noodles, which were perfectly flavorful with just the right kick. We also ordered a double round of pot stickers… but those didn’t last long enough for a picture because I’m completely addicted to them!
The staff here is always so friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and they’re consistently customer-service oriented. The food is always fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly every single time. This location has truly become a favorite spot for us—highly recommend!

The food was great! I had the spicy korean steak noodle. Fresh and flavorful! Came out pretty fast too. The restaurant is kept nice and clean.

The only reason that I gave two stars is for the girls working at the counter who where very nice and even gave us a free drink for waiting so long. Besides that it was not a good experience. I had not been to Noodles since they got rid of the Stroganoff (family favorite) and was excited to see that it was back for a limited time. My daughter and I went in for dinner. We waited in the store for over 30 minutes while all the DoorDashers got their food and left. I realize that the majority of the income is coming from delivery, however, if you have live customers who actually physically walk into your establishment you really should take some care to see that they are not left behind while filling deliveries. If you don’t want to serve live customers you should close the lobby and just deliver.

I ordered lunch for delivery, as I have so many times. This time, it would be different. When the Door Dash driver alerted me that my food was here, I went and grabbed it. When I got back to my desk, I realized it was not what I had ordered. I looked at the receipt and wasn’t even my name or my address. Obviously the DoorDash or had dropped off the wrong order to the wrong address. I immediately text him with no response, use the chat feature with no response. I then called the restaurant who graciously apologized and made another order. They said they would contact DoorDash to have it delivered. 2 1/2 hours later, I realized I still had no lunch, maybe it was because I was about to pass out from starvation. I then called the restaurant back and the manager, who was amazing, told Me that the food had been picked up a few hours prior again. Well, this time DoorDash told the store they were having technical difficulties. I decided to drive to the restaurant and pick up my lunch. The staff was incredible, apologetic, and as usual the food was great. Sounds like DoorDash was the culprit on this one.

Okay so the food was great. The little boy at the counter was great. The cooks messed up and I was onay with that. Simple fixes. The mananger lost her mind and started screaming at everyone and shifting blame to the poor boy up front. It went on loudly for the rest of our meal. It was completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional on the part of the screaming manager. VERY UNCOMFORTEABLE TO WITNESS!!

Don’t waste your time and money going here because the food is terrible. My girlfriend and I drove to Kansas City from St. Joseph to go shopping and decided to try Noodles and Company. We’ve never ate there before and wanted to try it out. Well that turned out to be a bad decision because the food was terrible. We both ordered Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo. The chicken was too salty and the pasta was too bland and instead of any kind of bread coming with your meal you have to pay extra which is a rip off. Fazoli’s is way better and when you dine in the bread sticks are free and you get unlimited ones and food taste 100% better.

I can tell you that the service here is awful!! The General Manager Haley is extremely rude, she apparently likes to berate her employees in the middle of dinner rush. She was treating her staff so poorly I asked for the number to her Area Manager or anyone above her, and she refused flat out. Not to mention the fact that while everyone around her was working there butts off, she was simply walking around with a scowl complaining to them about their performance rather then lending a hand. I was waiting on food for nearly thirty minutes, then ate there for another twenty minutes, and in that time the only work I saw her do was moving her jaws hollering at her staff. I would not support this location until they put someone in place at the store who doesn’t treat their employees like garbage!
