Missing item from order. Called manager to notify. Manage said they would reimburse. I asked for a free entree during my next visit for the inconvenience. Manager would only offer a free drink.Other food was below expectations. Mac and cheese wasn’t cheesy. Bread tasted old. What happened to this place? We used to love it. Escalated to corporate.

Ordered through the app and they had our food at the promised time. Which was amazing considering it must have been lunch time for the high school!! There were so many kids and so many orders. The girls working were efficient and moving fast. They took orders, told people sorry for the wait if one ran off to deliver food to a table, and kept things moving. Spaghetti could have done with more sauce, but overall it was great!

Updating my review to say that I normally come here often with no issues but the last few times have not been good for me. I tried to order a holiday rice krispy treat which was fine but I’m a vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in over a year, there was bacon on the rice krispy treat…there was no label stating that there was meat or pork on the packaging which could cause issues for a lot of people. I left it alone but I went back a few days later and was given meat in my pasta that was supposed to only have tofu. Have been vomiting with an upset stomach all day.

Staff is very friendly. There was an issue with the app not applying my reward, and manager at arrival took care of my and gave me a voucher for something else next time due to the trouble. Only thing I noticed is the steak for the pad Thai is near to none & seems to be overcooked and chewy, so probably won’t get the steak anymore. I always have to order extra sauce or seems there is none.

Our food was fresh and prepared well. The Spicy Korean Noodles with steak was spicy as indicated with two peppers on the menu, and was awesome. We also got the Penne Rosa Parm Chicken, spicy as well and it was delicious. The potstickers were flavorful, not steaming hot, when they got to the table, but were great. The staff was friendly and attentive and came by a few times to check in and took away the finished dishes. The interior was clean and the station was well stocked. Kudos.

Meh. Food was very oily, non flavorful, and portions were small for the price. Charging $15 for a small/medium bowl of the cheapest food item (noodles) is ridiculous and the food itself wasn’t tasty. Than putting the payment as tip forward with no tip option is wild. They didn’t even fill the container it was less than half full..

Many thanks to the restaurant manager kerilen , her treatment was more than excellent. Thanks also to the waitress, they were more than wonderful and the food was more than wonderful.
