Very incredibly frustrating, especially when you have the “receipts” (literally) on your phone to prove what you wanted. Getting double-downed on by a manager when they clearly messed up is the quickest way to lose a customer.

Cavatappi noodles in creamy basil pesto sauce, grape tomatoes and mushrooms, topped with parmesan and fresh herbs.) I requested red onions and no mushrooms, yet I received chicken plus charged additional for it and no onions. I am a meatless eater.
When I called to resolve it (didn’t open food until home) the manager was dismissive and refused to take any accountability for her mistake. The manager claimed my boyfriend just lied to me and ordered differently despite the proof on our end.
I won’t be coming back a third time. The most disappointing part was she didn’t even offer a refund or a fix. Total lack of professionalism and zero accountability for her mistakes. Over $20 wasted.

Mr Roberto is incredible. You can really tell when food is made with love and this man instantly radiated the Lord’s kindness with me from the moment I walked in, which made the food even better. Not sure why but this Noodles and Co is constantly dropping the ball. Noodles are always bland and dry. The servings are incredibly small. Now today I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi with chicken breast and there wasn’t a single strip of chicken in my meal.. what’s the point of paying for the chicken if it’s not even going to be in there?
Save yourself the headache and head down the road to the Lincolnshire location. Better staff, food is better and they’ve never once messed up my order in 100+ visits.

Average noodles joint, clean location, average pasta. I wish the parking lot was nicer, the inside had less high tables and more booths, and lower prices as a meal cost $16 minimum for a not to expensive bowl, drink, and side….

The best fast food noodles ever! My husband got the Penne Roma and I ordered the Japanese Udon with steak and both were perfect for a fast food meal :). They even delivered the food to my table! I will definitely be coming back!

Can’t believe y’all took the Beef Stroganoff off the menu! Tried the Wisconsin Mac ‘n Cheese with Marinated Beef and was highly disappointed as there was not enough cheese and the beef lacked flavor, the only positive was the Korean Meatballs

We got take out from here today and my mouth is still watering from how good the noodles are! The noodles are soft and not over or under-cooked, and the sauces are just something else! The tastes of the food can absolutely pass for that of a restaurant with a perfect mix of that fast food staple taste. I absolutely recommend the Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein (if you are a fan of Asian tastes) and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles (if you can handle some spice)!

We love Noodles and Company and our toddler daughter loves it the most. This visit was the best visit so far. The crew working this lunch shift ran like a well oiled machine. The store was CLEAN. All food was in stock. The music and environment was so inviting and relaxing .
I particularly would like to mention Sharell. She set the tone for our visit.
We were warmly greeted with the most genuine and cheerful smile. Without hesitation she offered crayons and a coloring page to our daughter.
We were so impacted by her kindness we couldn’t help but watch her as she navigated the store and interacted with every coworker and every customer so graciously.
Every single person that she made contact with walked away with a smile on their faces.
This is rarely seen nowadays in most establishments .
Sharell is gem and will be the reason customers come back and coworkers stay.
We strongly urge you to continue building a staff that carries this spirit with them.

Horrible counter service. They would not take anyones order standing in line and forcing all 8 people in line to use the online app. The guy behind the counter kept saying, it will be 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. 20 minutes later. He kept saying the same thing. The manager and or store owner should be ashamed of the customer service. There were several older people that did not know how to use their phone to order food and they left. They need new customer service staff or new management.
