I often order asking for delivery, Everytime my deliveries are within the time I’ve been told, still hot, and food is enjoyable. I recently picked my order up and I was pleasantly surprised with the curtioous and polite workers. I was greeted, treated very kindly, informed about specials and upcoming promos and rewards if I had a domino acct online. Great experience.

From the top, online ordering used to be HORRIBLE to say the least. Lately it hasn’t been too bad. I have a large family and so that usually means large orders and for some unknown reason, their ordering system has an issue if you add one too many items on a single order. Next up is the delivery. Some days when my family orders, it could take 30 to 50 minutes just to get out of the store and on its way. Then there are those days where it gets on the road super quick and at first you would think that is a good thing. But when having to order a larger order I am actuely aware that it WILL take time. Almost always on those days, the food is messed up or something or many things are missing from the order. And on both sides of the coin, no matter how long or not it takes to come, I always end up with pizza or other items Squished and/or cheese everywhere on the inside of the lid but not on the pizza anymore. Also, it’s worth mentioning, I almost always see someone new delivering the order within what seems like a 2 month span. (We do pizza parties when we can quite a lot) BUT each and every delivery driver is kind, courteous, professional, and always goes the extra mile if they can. That’s my long winded review. Thanks for the time.

Ordering from here has become increasingly frustrating. Not only do you have to wait an excessive amount of time for your food, but when it finally arrives, it’s not worth the wait. I waited an entire hour for my order and, to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the sauce I paid for. It seems that new management has led to a decline in service quality. Despite leaving a tip, I was still disappointed with the overall experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I don’t do reviews but i would always come to this dominos and loved the food but lately the service and food have been disappointing. last night i went to pick up my order, because “the app said it was ready.” When we entered the building we got no welcoming one of the employees started with they weren’t taking any orders keep in in mind it was like 11:30 and they close at 2. He continued to say they were not taking no more orders and didn’t even ask for a name of the order. We were standing there for about 15 minutes until i decided to tell them if my order was ready because the “app was saying it was ready”. The 2 “men” employees yelled across the floor that they couldn’t hear me so i told him to get closer to me. He was unprofessional yelling at us saying that they were not ready but my pizzas were under the heat rack. Not to mention the pizzas were burnt and dry. ive been giving this establishment business for the past 20 years, we will not be coming back.

Placed my order online for pick up, when I arrived to building the employee was rude, he repeatedly said that he was not taking orders, and continued to work. After about 15 minutes in , I asked if they can check if my order was ready, they yelled that if my name wasn’t on the screen then it wasn’t. Keep in mind the app said that it was ready. When I told him about the app, he yelled across the room I can’t hear you. Not once did he ask for the name of the order that it was under, until I said it. As the app said The pizzas were ready!!! The pizzas were sitting under the heat rack. Terrible customer service, not to mention the pizzas were disgusting.

I usually order from this Domino’s since it’s close to home, but today was disappointing. The guy who took my order on the phone, Mitch, was extremely rude. When I got to the store, I realized I might’ve made a mistake with the order. I politely asked to add another sandwich and paid for both without complaining. While waiting, I overheard Mitch talking trash about me to a coworker (a woman with glasses), saying “these people don’t know how to order” and mocking me in an Indian accent. Seriously? That’s not okay. My family owns Little Caesars stores around here, so I know what respectful service should look like. Train your staff better no customer deserves that kind of treatment

I order a pizza last night. When it arrived it was cold, dry, and over cooked. I was offered a free pizza, but when I placed the order they tried charging me for it! Free means Free. No charge of any kind!
