On this visit I tried the “new” Chicken Parmesan… primarily because it looked so good in the giant bowl on the in-store ad. When I actually got my meal, it was in a small aluminum tray and didn’t look nearly as appetizing as the ad. I know I should know better. It was good but the portion left me wanting for more. Especially for $10+. My wife had Mac and cheese and she said it was ok. In my photos, the last one is the Chicken Parmesan in their ad.

July 30: today’s visit was okay, the only complaint I have is that the floor was very dirty and one table had still the plates on it. I upload some pictures.
We came back on the mac and cheese day and had lunch. The restaurant was full and a lot going on. The person who took our order had to be new because it took us 10 min if not more, we was 3 people but we knew what we wanted. I tried the new zucchini noodles and I love them! They don’t have anymore the bowls where they use to serve the noodles. I feel like we get now less food then what we use to. Which I don’t like that all. But it still taste great! When we were done we meet the manager and he was so nice to us! That’s what make us happy and come back again.

Placed an order on instacart and had it fulfilled by UberEats. First driver might have stole my order as a 2nd driver attempted to pickup and a 3rd as well…I was able to get on the phone with Mike GM there…great guy took care of me and all–will be looking to come back and give this location my business because clearly they care and I appreciate them and all they did for me!

This is my local Noodles and Co., and I am pretty happy with them so far. I’ve taken out quite a bit and dined-in few times, and never had any major issue with neither service no food.
Only thing I have to mention that once I’ve spotted a man cleaning their exhaust standing on the cooking oven with his shoes on, as you can see on a pic; that loooked a bit disturbing, he could’ve done that when they’re closed so nobody can see that.
Be aware that large soup is really too large, good to keep in mind if you are taking it for a side to pasta or something.
As many other chain places, cleaniness is a bit of a concern, and the place isn’t that roomy. Sometimes I had to take out, because there were no open tables..
With that in mind, three stars for now. Even tho I like them!

Place was pretty packed but it didn’t take long to get our food. It is awesome they offer gluten free options as well as Zoodles! Everything was very hot and fresh. Overall a great experience!

I didn’t expect it to have changed so much. Like how the pot stickers are no longer pan fried. They just plop them into the microwave and serve them. They just kinda plopped them in front of me. I can’t say that I will go back anytime soon, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. My water was also very discolored to the point were it looked like urine. It tasted very metal ish and bitter.
