Mediterranean salad – & Japanese Noodles.
The spaghetti and meatballs was just a bowl of mush. They are completely overcooked. He was essentially pouring some Ragu on noodles.
The mac & cheese was simple and okay.
The atmosphere was loud, and smelled like a nail salon with a ton of nail chemicals. Probably won’t be back.

Buffy the manager is amazing! Our kids crispy got left out and she made sure to make it right. Staff was happy and moving along beautifully. Great teamwork, you could see it. Way to go!

We visited this place yesterday and we had a great experience. The staff there were friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that our end result would be great.
It was our first time there and they took the time to explain what they had, the different types of noodles, sauces and more. They asked what kind of food I normally like, spicy and not spicy and so forth. I am a vegetarian on keto – again, they took the time to tell me which sauces had meat and even looked up ones they were not sure of. I felt like they really cared about me and that’s hard to find in restaurants sometimes – its a fast paced business. Also, the food was amazing which is also a plus.

My granddaughter had the tortellini which were on the dry side and overcooked but flavorful. I had a small Caesar salad with very little chicken and browning romaine lettuce for which I was charged $12.00, and a lukewarm bowl of chicken noodle soup with tough chewy noodles, for which I paid $7.50. Most overpriced and mediocre tasting salad and soup I ever had. I felt like I’d been ripped off. Have had very good experiences at this store before, so this surprised me.

Really well run Noodles and Company. When the staff wasn’t taking orders they were cleaning the tables and keeping the place really clean– makes it a much nicer dining experience. Our food was good, and everyone was happy. Like that they have one of those fancy coke machines. Would come back again.

My wife and i came into Noodles and company 9-12-2025 @ 2:40 pm. We waited a few minutes to order. When it was our turn to order we were looking at the menu to tell the cashier what we wanted and she very rudely said can u step aside so i can help the guy behind you. Not one time at all did she say anything like that to the people in front of us.
When we ordered our food we asked for water cups. After she rang the order in and paid she rudely handed my wife the receipt and order number.
When she brought the food to the table, she slammmed the food on the table. I said thank you. She ignored us and didnt say a word.
I must say that the customer service completely sucks and needs to be addressed. The way we were treated is unacceptable. We would like a call from management or corporate. Very disappointed. Food was very good.
