I honestly wish I had skipped this place. The noodles were undercooked, barely had any sauce, and were just plain gross. On top of that, it was freezing inside the restaurant, so cold it made the experience even more miserable.
The wait time was ridiculous for such poor quality food, and when it finally came out, it was a huge disappointment. Cold atmosphere, slow service, and bland, improperly cooked food. Definitely not worth the time or money. Won’t be back.

I ordered food to go and was one of the only people in the restaurant. I was given a half order just covered in oil, the chicken wasn’t cut and it was cold. I won’t be eating here again.

If I could give this no stars I would… We ordered online so we could get our food quick, we then waited for an hour while the place filled up and everybody else sat and waited too. Even the manager sat around and didn’t help her struggling employees. Nobody was wearing gloves while they were preparing food. Our order was still wrong and we had to wait another 10 minutes to get forks so we could eat our already cold food.

Would do zero if I could. Food was disgustingly salty, all I could taste was salt, noodles were dry, and the restaurant was so cold that by the time we arrived to pick up our order it was already ice cold. They also missed the protein on my girlfriend’s order (5 dollar upcharge!) and when we called to correct it, the phone was hung up while ringing. Never returning

Pickup order, food was cold because bag was left open and the store was very cold. The order was not filled properly(missing chicken) very small portions for the amount paid ($30 for 2 people, just normal buttered noodles). Tried to call, completely ignored. Do not pick this location. They will not care about your order in the slightest.

We ordered food to go and it wasn’t ready when we got there. It was busy because of MNSU Homecoming so it’s understandable. However, when we got home our food was cold and we live a 5 minute drive away. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo but there was no bacon, the noodles were stuck together, and the sauce was more of a paste that tasted like glue. My girls got the kids spaghetti and meatballs and they both had clumps of spaghetti noodles that were stuck together and not edible. My husband had the Bulgogi Steak Mac and Cheese and said it was tasteless. We used to love Noodles but I don’t think we’ll be back again.

I’m a dasher and have ten years of restaurant experience. No one at the store seems to know what to do or what’s going on. Manager lady is lazy! I’ve only seen her come out to help after having a long line of people form. Yells at employees to do what she should be doing. WORKING!! They should strictly be online order if they can’t keep up with the pace. Also not utilizing to go order area. I wish I could add pictures to this, just to show the disfunction of store.

Just go to the noodles across town. This one consistently gets your order wrong, misses food, and doesn’t attend the register. It’s worth the extra 10 minutes to just drive across town, you’ll probably be waiting that long anyway just for someone to take your order.

Quick service minutes after they opened. Very good food. They had pictures of the menu items so you knew what you were getting. I like the customized options for each dish. I can’t wait to go back and try something new.
