The Columbia Heights location was terrific! I placed a very large order for my workplace, which can be a challenge for any restaurant, but the team handled it flawlessly. They took extra care to ensure every order was accurate and even went above and beyond to individualize them, making it so much easier to distribute once we got back to the office. Everything was ready right on time, just as promised.
The manager was amazing, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. On top of that, the food was hot and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered a regular size Pad Tai with double protein. ($18 bowl) Gave them my number but the order has not shown up on my order history/given me points. Ordered carry out but thankfully I checked my bowl before leaving because they forgot to put the egg in and I thought my double protein serving. I asked the cashier and she said they would only give me egg because the 5 pieces of shrimp that I got the cashier said that was the portion for a DOUBLE protein. So $9.30 charge for protein is only 5 pieces of shrimp? I’ve been to other locations that were a lot more generous than that serving size and didn’t forget the egg or my rewards. Again I paid $9.30 for just the extra protein and only got 5 pieces of shrimp and they forgot to put eggs in the pad tai, that is insane service and portions for the pricing. (I also ordered a side of sauce for $2 so my total was 20.10)

Called the store to tell them that they put the wrong sauce on my meal. I ordered Fresca and was given sweet soy sauce. The manager said because I ordered through Grub Hub that I would have to request a refund and reorder my food. Really – like I am going to let you screw it up twice. What made it even worse, she had the audacity to call me back to inform me that she “was doubling down because she spoke with her “cook” and they stated it was the correct sauce”. Attached are the pictures, which clearly show a soy sauce not a red Fresca sauce. Next time, try not “doubling down” when your customer sounds visibly upset and hangry because I love writing reviews and informing people.

I ordered the chili garlic ramen for delivery, but it arrived as large clumps of overcooked noodles. When I tried to break them up, there was no sauce inside, which suggests it was served that way. I’m not overly picky and tried to eat it anyway, but the noodles were so overcooked they turned to mush when bitten into.

Worst customer service. Food was bland. Absolutely not recommended. Pasta was overcooked with no flavor. No cheese, no sauce no salt in penne pasta. Very disappointed. Service is terrible.

Employee went above and beyond. It was very hot outside. I ordered food to be picked up and ate at the outdoor seating with my 2 dogs. Staff member noticed my dogs and brought 2 small bowls of water outside for my pups!
