Very disappointed in the dish, service & experience. They’ve changed their penne noodles to rigatoni ones and started using small cherry tomatoes which don’t break down nor did they seem to have been cooked so they were tough and tasted off. The dish was very dry and I don’t think they provided the triple amount of feta they charged me for.

This was our first time to the Rogers location. We came on a late Saturday afternoon. Food was very good and the young woman who assisted us was very busy, pleasant and brought our food to our table. She even checked on us how we were doing.

Twice now the food has been horrible. First order in a long time I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. Got home and had no chicken and no sauce. Absolutely no sauce. Called and complained. They sent us two coupons for a free entree. My wife picked up food tonight. She got the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine and it has so much oregano in it it’s sickening. It could kill 5 Italians. She also got Mediterranean Chicken Salad. It barely had any dressing in the containers and barely any toppings at all. I will never get Noodles again.

Stopped in on a Saturday evening at 8 after looking at Christmas lights in the area. There was no one inside except the 5 boys who were working. They took our order right away. Our food came out in the plastic dishes which was disappointing since typically it is served in white dishes while eating in.
The pesto tortellini was flavorful yet cold which was also disappointing. The Mac and cheese was warm but not very cheesy. The bread was cold and the cheese was hard. This was a very bad experience. To top it off, 2 of the boys began power-washing the floors all around the area where the food was being prepared. Definitely would not be back to this location in the future.

It took a little to get our food bc they were sooo understaffed, but the employees were all super nice and they somehow had the best grilled tofu, was supposed to be a “ugh well at least they have vegetarian options” and turned into “this is good??” (i got the roasted garlic tortellini w/ added tofu 10/10 would recommend)

Manager does a great job! had a small problem with my order. They forgot the Caesar salad on my duo no problem He went out of his way to make it right for me! Online ordering is easy always ready when promise Friendly staff and clean store inside and out! So much better than these fast food burger and pizza places that seem to be everywhere in this area of the northern Metro! Big big thank you,

The inside of that place is always freezing because there’s a door on either side of the building and the heating system blows the cold air through the whole restaurant everytime anyone comes or goes. Not exactly comfortable for eating. I was shivering just waiting for my food.
Half of the very limited parking spots have dangerous amounts of ice in them and there’s no consequences for people who double park when they could’ve parked normally.
Ordered a salad and it was rotten. Ordered pasta. Didn’t get what I ordered. Spent 2 dollars on a piece of bread that I literally ate in 2 bites. And couldn’t even get a refund or any type of store credit because of the way corporate has their systems set up. Which means they are scamming people.
And apparently they messed up so bad because they got “slammed” at 2PM with literally 3 customers in the whole building. I was one of those 3 customers. One person was already waiting for their food when I arrived, and I had just finished ordering when someone came in behind me. 3 people, who came in at different times over the course of 10 minutes, was apparently was too much for them to handle.

Busy place food was ok and the place was fairly clean. Getting thru the checkout was my only thing no one even said hello. Just stood there and finally one of the cooks came up. The person at counter just keep stocking and didn’t really help us.

Food is good and came hot. I found the sauce adequate for my dish. The service was quick enough and they were friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table. When we walked in I noticed a bunch of tables hadn’t been cleared yet but a staff person was slowly cleaning them up. By the time we got our food they were fine. It is a bit chilly in the restaurant for my taste. A good fast food option.
