I’ve eaten here many times, and the food has never once disappointed me. Every dish is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff goes above and beyond—not only are they always friendly and welcoming, but they even remember the details of how I like to order.
The restaurant is consistently clean, the atmosphere is warm, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. This is easily one of my favorite spots in town, and I’ll keep coming back!

Food is still great attitudes bad. I’ve ate here my whole life and never had a problem. I’ve door dashed and picked up from this location multiple times. Today, I went in and waited for 10 minutes for an order that was sitting on the counter. I hadn’t said anything because I thought the food was still being made and the employee was handing out food to the counters. I called the store to make sure it didn’t happen again because I still have to deliver the food, the manager asked for a time stamp and then said she “saw me standing in the corner” I was standing in plain sight. I’ve picked up 200 orders from the same spot being seen. She said next time I need to stand in a better spot. After I told her it’s not my fault she apologized and said she’d talk to her staff. Worst service in the city.

I ordered an entree through the Noodles app. I have Celiacs disease, so I ordered the gluten free shells and grilled chicken. Well, Lexi from the Oshkosh location personally called me and asked me if my order was because of an allergy, and if it was, she could make it special, allergen free. I was really thankful, for customer service to go above and beyond. So, thank you, Lexi! My Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese is fire!!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They closed early at 8pm and we just made the cutoff. Food tasted great even though my penne rose was made with a different noodle and the potstickers didn’t have any pan seared marks. I would stop here again if driving through.
