Everything was great, especially the lady at the counter younger blonde lady was so nice and welcoming, I had a question about the artichoke in one of the dishes and she even looked it up on her phone and showed me exactly what was going to be used and she let me take off the other dish and try the one I was leary of and it was delicious. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back!!! Great place!!!!

Noodles and Company has always been a nice spot to go to. My favorite is the Pad Thai, which is what I order 90% of the time I go. I’ve never had issues with service, I would suggest this location cleans the store a little better though. Although not pictured, the restaurant was pretty dirty with grime and crumbs on the floor and some of the tables. My girlfriend got the penne dish, she found a lot of different noodles that shouldn’t have been in the dish. The food is still enjoyable, I guess I would just stick to delivery for now though.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The workers did an amazing job — you can tell they take pride in their work. The store manager, Keels, was extremely attentive and pleasant, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was hard at work creating a great experience. I’m very impressed and appreciative of the whole team!

This place sucks, the portions are small and they charge out the you know what. On top of that it’s super dirty most of the time. Maybe if the 4 guys standing around cleaned up the leaves, garbage and food on the floor this place would be mildly enjoyable. If you live in Oconomowoc you should boycott this place like I will from now on.

This Noodles is new to the area in August 2019, and the food was great on the soft opening date. The service was great, too, and it promises to be a good location with good management!
I strongly recommend the zucchini truffle Mac. If the Bangkok Curry ever comes back, try it! That was my absolute favorite ever.

My spicy Korean beef noodles were very hard to eat and undercooked. I told the staff, and he said it looked fine to him and repeated it a few times. Then there was a small hair or something on a Mac noodle.. staff had the mac, re-made.

It was OK. The portions are tiny and it is expensive for what you get. Not seeing the value since I can make that small amount pasta or some lettuce with a little cheese and a small chicken breast for less than $11 each plate. Lastly, the store was gross dirty. Seemed more worried about covid when grabbing a straw than having a clean store. Food all over the floor by the bathrooms and tables gross sticky with crumbs all over the table top.

Ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs. What used to be $8.50 increased to $9.50 recently and within the last week that has gone to $10.50. That wouldn’t be so bad if it actually came with marinara sauce. I asked for more sauce (enough to cover the noodles). I was told that would cost another $1.00. How awful! When I got home, I needed to add V8 juice and ketchup just to cover the noodles in the bowl. All the sauce was at the top of the bowl and only covered 20% of the noodles. If you’re looking to pay $10.50 for a bowl of dry noodles with just a hint of marinara sauce and five meatballs, then Noodles & Company is your place.
