Excellent food, prepared fresh and to order. Wonderful customer service by Kaylee and the entire team. Our family enjoyed garlic cheesy bread, Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak, Spicy Korean steak noodles with marinated steak and creamy cheddar Mac. Everything was awesome and our family of 4 finished up at under $60 – even with 3 having added steak and 2 grabbing fountain drinks!

This review is based on a dinner, dine in experience.
While in Grand Rapids me and my family visited Target for a few items we left at home. While there we chose to eat somewhere close by. We pulled into the parking lot and found there to be plenty of parking available. There were some outdoor dining spots, and who doesn’t love noodles?! Upon entering there were a few people in line, however it seemed fast to order. When it was our turn to place our order we started and an employee walked over and interrupted us by asking us to wait for a few minutes so they could catch up. So..we waited. Once we ordered the food only took a few minutes to come up. The food was hot, and fresh. I ordered the Buffalo Mac n Cheese. It was pretty good, not mind blowing, but good. Overall I’d say this is a fair place to visit for a meal. Restaurant had a lot of smudged windows and some tables needed cleaned.

I’m honestly writing this because the service at this Noodles and Co was above and beyond awesome. The gentleman working the front was so friendly and helped me make a nice vegan meal. He came around and checked on me and refilled my water! Like! What! At a Noodles!

The flavors weee very good, the noodles were more al dante than I prefer. They should have ben left in the water a little longer. Some of the dishes we ordered were a little cold. Seems like more of an execution issue.

I have always liked this chain in the past but this visit was barely edible. Everything was drenched in sauce and dressing and the protein pieces were tiny. Really disappointing. I threw half of my meal away.

They fail every time ecosure comes to inspect. They cant keep a manager, and the employees are really dirty they dont clean anything. I always opened to a uncleaned station from the employee that closed. The back of the house is disgusting. Need to be closed down.

I love noodles and Company. However from all locations cities and states I had noodles this location has been the worst. I took my child to eat he favorite dish. Egg buttered noodles. And I forgot to ask without parmesan cheese because my child doesn’t like it. I asked the supervisor if they could give me another replace even though it was my fault no remembering about the cheese. The person said no problem I saw him making the dish again. He came to my table to give me the egg buttered noodles saying in a sarcastic way “the noodles with no cheese” my kid barely ate the plate because ther was a pinkish stuff all over. My little one was so afraid that pinkish thing was cheese that she barely ate her food. So I ended up giving her my pad thai.
