When i walked in, i was greeted friendly and given a recommendation. I ordered Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and Japanese Pan Udon with Beef and Chicken Dumplings. The presentation looked great. Food was just okay. Dumplings taste like it was just boiled out of a packet. The Mac N Cheese looked like they just boiled it and threw some shredded cheese on top. I’m a huge noodle guy, and this is the first time I didn’t finish mines. It just wasn’t good. The sauce was weird, and noodles as well as beef were dry. I was hoping this became my favorite go-to because I frequent Asian restaurants just for their noodles and was hoping for a change. All food comes in to go containers which is great but the bag they gave was enormous. I can see them making an effort with paper straw within their drinks and All Gender bathroom.

Ordered Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, Japanese Pan Steak, cheesy garlic bread & pot stickers for pick-up. Meat chewy in both dishes. All food lacked flavor & spice. Dipping vinegar sauce for pot stickers had flavor. Marinara sauce for garlic bread was good.
Other than that it was all bland. No garlic flavor. Disappointed.

The food is good. I had the Tortelloni with shrimp. It is obviously mostly a takeout place. The dining room is consistently a mess. The atmosphere is fine but the cleanliness is typical of post COVID restaurants. I’m sure lack of staff is too blame.

While in the area shopping, we decided to stop at Noodles for a bit to eat. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and made to feel valued. It wasn’t overly busy, but they had quite a few people dining in and a lot of pickups going out. After ordering, we looked for a table that was accommodating for us. One table was labeled as out of order, another had a low top, and then the perfect fit. Through this search, however, I got to see that the dining area was kept quite clean and tended to regularly. Our food came to the table and looked and tasted great. The evening crew here does a fantastic job! Will definitely be back!

We stopped in for a family dinner and had a mostly great experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic—everyone was so friendly, helpful, and efficient from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Mac, and it was delicious; perfectly creamy with a great spicy kick. A huge plus was that my daughter absolutely loved her kids’ meal, which is always a win for parents!
The only downsides were that my wife wasn’t a huge fan of her meal, she just didn’t love the flavors. The other issue was that all of the high chairs were visibly dirty, and we had to hunt for the cleanest one and wipe it down ourselves.
Overall, thanks to the wonderful staff and my great meal, it was a positive visit. We would come back, but hope to see a bit more attention paid to cleaning the family seating areas.

I don’t get out here much, But when I do I usually have a pretty tasty meal at Noodles and Co. Today I had a very flavorful order of Pad Thai with grilled chicken. The counter service always seems to be very helpful.
