I had a great experience with Maralee at Noodles & Company. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the ordering process quick and easy. Her positive attitude added to the overall atmosphere, and she made sure everything with my order was accurate. The only qualm I had was with the doordashers looming behind everything. Marilee is a sweet woman at the register, she was so friendly and prompt. This was my 1st time in & the place looked kinda run down. I didn’t finish my Chicken Alfredo, it wasn’t good, pretty much all around. Upset my stomach later in the day.

I ordered online, and not only was the cost high for the quality/quantity, they forgot my cookie, and even though I specifically put $0 no tip, I was still charged $5 for a pickup order tip. And customer service is an email note with zero actual human interaction. That’s THEFT!!! Be careful to triple check your order when you pick it up, and triple check the gratuity section, as apparently it can reset back to whatever it wants if you double check your order.

I love Noodles & Company !!! But some locations have went down (the one closest to where I live) so I don’t have it as often. But this meal was bomb!!! The lady at the register was so nice and pleasant. My meal was very appetizing!!! It looks like something that would be served in a sit down restaurant, as a matter of fact this tasted better then a lot of so called “Italian restaurants”. Can’t wait to come again !!

Pricey for what it is. I had the Japanese pan noodles with steak. My noodles had a rubbery texture. There was very minimal steak. Quality of the steak was just cafeteria. Overall, this dish was very dry and lacked flavor and freshness. The macaroni and cheese with ham was said to be of cafeteria quality. The ham was completely disliked. Service was fantastic. Covet measures were implemented and overall cleanliness was fantastic.
