Very enjoyable. Huge selection, wonderful quality & value. Staff was great. Wish they offered wine….even a small can. The large portion felt like a small. Pad Thai & potstickers were a hit! Wish they had a Sarasota location. You too will be pleased.

My food came fresh and hot! I had the pan noodles and it was delicious! The only thing I would say is that I wish they gave me some kind of sauce, soy sauce even. I also had the rice krispy treat which was good and not too sweet. Whoever packed my order put a Hi with a big smiley face on my bag which I thought was nice touch!!! Will come into restaurant soon in person!!

Came here with my wife about an hour and 15 minutes before their closing time.
While food was good and pleasant, the “atmosphere” was not. Our food was served in to go containers likely to save cleaning time since chairs were already up as well. Good amount also felt very lacking for the price, and we both left still hungry. Overall the experience was pretty disappointing and likely won’t head back any time soon.

I Ordered three entries, a side of garlic bread and three drinks. Came to $60.00.Asked to have my N and C rewards app scanned for credit on the meals. Counter person said it was not possible. He said rewards account had to be scanned/entered before he rings it up and he had finished ringing it up. We asked him to void the purchase and re-enter the food purchase with the rewards account scanned. He said it was impossible because there was Absolutely no refunds and showed me a clipboard. TOold us that if we had a problem to contact the Manager but that he was not there. This was at the counter at the same time we placed the order. We didnt ask for a refund, just for him to enter the order with the rewards scanned. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Counter persons name was Sean.
I have included a picture of the document on the clipboard which does not support his statement that there are absolutely no refunds. I am not saying Sean was rude (he was not) but I think he may have not been trained adequately on this.

My man Jeff is amazing. My wife has been going to noodles & co for a very, very long time. & it was my very first time this evening. The food was great. No questioning that. My reason for this review is all for my dude Jeff. He clearly cares for his job a lot, he made us feel very welcome & has such an awesome attitude, vibe whatever you wanna call it. He & his team definitely need a raise. Shoot I might come back just to say hi to the guy

First time and the young lady who helped me answered my questions. great service and such a very clean and well stocked restaurant. The food was sooooo good and I will definitely be back. This trip I ordered the Pad Thai and a baguette. The best best I had in a long time, very good!

The place is dirty, service is slow and i’m honestly mind blown by the disrespect from staff, i understand being behind but purposely ignoring customer questions is incredibly unprofessional. There is no reason a noodle dish or 2 should take beyond 45 min. I mobile ordered my food prior to arrival and still waited 30+ min for my food, people who came in after got food before me. If you’re in a hurry i would 1000% avoid this place, the disrespect from staff is just a cherry on top. They also just refused in person orders without providing any one with an expectation of when they’d be able to take orders again and i witnessed staff on multiple occasions behave very rudely to the customers in the establishment. Management really needs to step in and make some changes to the way this place operates and who they chose to employ

Shon. Thats all I have to say. This young man is the definition of superb. If he is not in a high management position with your company, I’d quickly reconsider as this guy is so kind and his customer service skills are absolutely amazing. Shin deserves the praise and I even went up to him after me and my wife ate there to compliment him and let him know I was going to write this review. The location is great. Clean. Staff was very friendly. And the food was VERY tasty!! 10/10 place, Shon was a 20/10. Thank you!

We have been longtime customers at this location. This is not the first time, this is not the second time, this is not the third time, but many times has this location failed. Not quite sure why keep coming back. Maybe because of the wonderful manager, Jeff! We have had issues at this location when it comes to the quality of the orders. This was not also the first time I have contacted customer service in regards to the horrible customer service at this location and horrid attention to details. We have always dealt with the manager, Jeff. He was always pleasant and always knowledgeable when it comes to everything. We happen to order at night when he is not there for the most part. This goes to say how the restaurant operates when he is not there. Not only the attention to details when packing the food but now we have encountered a problem in regards to online ordering. I have ordered scheduled pick up around 5:18 PM. I did not get an email until 6:40PM that the food order was not confirmed when the pick up time was supposed to be 6:45 PM. My husband went inside and had told them about the issue and no apologies were offered to us. They simply stated they didn’t get the message when my husband was showing them the email it was confirmed. This was also after knowing that we have come to this location many times. The night operation at this place will never change, unless they change the staff. We will never order at this location again. Absolutely lost a weekly/biweekly customers. We would rather pay delivery fee coming from another noodles company than ordering from this location again. Atrocious!
