My girlfriends and I just had a delicious lunch out on the patio. The bonus Monterey Road was closed as they were preparing for the 4th of July Family Fun Festival tonight hrjce it was nice and quiet. The salads we all had, Lamb Citrus, Crab Cakes, Chinese Chicken and Ahi Tuna were flavorful and fresh! The service was a bit slow outside of that it was a pleasurable dining experience.

Stopped in with a friend for a quick bite and a drink. It was her recommendation; I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the classy atmosphere, the kind and attentive bartender, and the wonderful food. It was a quiet evening and we opted to sit at the bar. I had the bleu cheese and walnut fondue, which came with toasted sourdough and apple slices. It was to die for. The meals were just slightly on the expensive side, but not prohibitive…the majority were in the 25 to 35 range. Our bartender/server told us that their pastas are made from scratch. I definitely plan to go back to try more of their offerings.

Wow! Incredible food and excellent service. New Year’s Eve. All dishes consisted of fresh food and tasty. Finally a restaurant that serves an abundance of red sauce on pasta. No skimping on the pasta sauce or Romano cheese. Nice variety on the menu and nice size portions. Atmosphere is welcoming. I would go back again anytime!

We had dinner of six. I had the surf and turf. The food was good but no amazing. It’s was good enough around here. We had all three desert they offered and the bread cake was amazing! Love it and will probably order again. We the calamari and crab cake for appetizers and it was good as well. Overall, good food and good service maybe worth a try.

I will never be able to eat Chicken Parmigiana again after eating here. Nothing else will ever compare.
Betto’s Bistro is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I live 2 hours away and don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go again; knowing that to be my truth I struggle to go on living.
The food was incredible, the staff were lovely, and the lunch atmosphere was pleasant. Betto’s Bistro has ruined my life, all food tastes bland and lifeless now.

My wife and I stopped at Betto’s Bistro earlier this evening after a long and stressful drive. We were drawn in by the inviting atmosphere, positive reviews, and awesome menu. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing despite our wonderful waitress, Paula. We were seated at a nice window seat, but soon realized it was very cold and noisy to the point that I couldn’t relax. The bar area was noisy and the family next to us were talking loudly and their small children had noisy toys. We have 7 children and 8 grandchildren so are normally quite tolerant, but this was too much. Fortunately Paula was able to move us to a quieter (but still cold) table. We started with a cup of Minestrone – mine was tasteless with only clear broth and celery. I gave up after a few spoonfuls but my wife finished it to warm herself up. Our salads were presented nicely but both proteins were overcooked and dry. All in all an expensive and disappointing dinner.

I came here on Mother’s day with reservations and had to wait for over 1 hour and 15 minutes before my food arrived. During that wait I had to wait half an hour just to get water. I was never offered drinks or a refill of water during the wait after getting the only 1 round of water during my entire stay. My steak and eggs looked less than appealing and was definitely not med rare as I had requested. Definitely not the Mother’s Day lunch experience I hoped for.

I see a number of good reviews here, so maybe my awful experience was a one off. I ordered the French Dip. It was terrible. A large slice of the meat was so tough and chewy I couldn’t cut it with a knife and fork. The baguette was so-so. I’d give the horseradish sauce a thumbs up. Our server was not particularly attentive and it took a while to get her attention. We needed to get up to the airport so we didn’t have time to order something else, so she took it off our bill. In retrospect, the place down the street looked like a better choice. We’ll go there if we find ourselves in Morgan Hill again.
