This place just cannot seem to fulfill orders correctly, period! I have given them THREE chances to get their “stuff” together and each time, my food order has been incorrect, had missing items, etc. This last visit, I ordered two dinners and two sides. Our potstickers weren’t in the bag, yet we paid for them. My chicken noodle soup had almost no broth in it, and the container wasn’t even half full… if you people have run out of something, don’t sell it! The worst though was my crispy chicken Alfredo dinner… when I opened the lid, I noticed it was simple noodles — unflavored and with no sauce — and a few pieces of chicken. It went right to the trash, dinner was ruined. I won’t order here again. Management… do better, hire workers who aren’t so lazy!!

Staff is phenomenal about ensuring that my gluten free option would not be contaminated! When I came in for pick up, staff assured me that the gluten free version is separate and handled with care. The went so far as to tell me that the chicken will be cooked separate for my allergy! I appreciate them all so much! The food tasted incredible and was worth the experience.

The door was locked and staff did know where the key was. After returning to our vehicle, they came to inform us they were open. The macaroni and cheese was delicious but the new Ramen, not so much. Not a typical ramen.

The quality of the food and the attitude of the employees that I’ve noticed lately has me thinking there is new, poor management. The food quality has decreased from burning parm-crusted chicken to gross, soggy eggs as well as the customer service. A woman who has been working here for quite some time who has always been positive and brings a smile to your face was clearly overwhelmed from doing everything (meaning she had no help) and clearly not in the mood (which….no help will do that to someone). Management needs to figure it out, either hire more/new people or be better so that your team actually cares about the work they produce.

This establishment is a joke. Two of three orders we placed had burnt chicken. My husband requested the plates to be remade. The staff behaved rudely and acted highly inconvenienced instead of embarrassed for serving something so gross to their costumers. After a short rude argument they agreed to remake them. Only to turn around and give us back more burnt chicken. Then proceed to say that that’s not burnt chicken.
My husband, child and I are to not believe our eyes and taste buds either, as the picture clearly shows, the chicken wasn’t burnt.
Also, let me add the restaurant smells like chuckEcheese did back when it was in business. It was such a pungent smell our family dined our burnt chicken outdoors.
Don’t waste your time and money here.

My Husband and I came in quarter after 9 and I got a “Rigatoni Rosa with parmesan chicken” because the picture on their website looked amazing. I’m sure it is if its done right. The noodles were old and hard to get a fork through. The spinach was still raw and not sauteed. There was nearly no sauce on it. The tomatoes were cold. I was all around. Super disappointed in something that looked so good. My husband’s pulled pork pasta, the new one. Needed more sauce and it’s supposed to come with elbow noodles and they made it with rigatoni noodles. Though I didn’t get a picture of his. And I have worked in fast food and restaurants for years. I understand coming in 45 minutes for clothes is inconvenient and I would hate me too, but that doesn’t excuse that. Our two possibles took 20 minutes and we’re still bad. I’m going to give it another shot during the day. Not so close to close but I’m still pretty upset.

My food was great but wife paid $10 for mac and cheese and got this. I’m sure it’s not always like this but how are y’all comfortable sending this out to a customer? The delivery took under 25 minutes so I’d be worried if that were the max travel time and cause of this, but it looks like it was just fully missing sauce. We’ll try again eventually

Very good garlic bacon crunch mac, and very friendly staff! I finished placing my order, got my drink and before I sat down my food was ready! Now THATS good service!
