Ordered the pesto cavatappi which comes with mushrooms and ordered it with no mushrooms because I am allergic to them. After having two forks full I realized they had mushrooms in it! Tried to call restaurant multiple times to get someone one the line and the call kept on disconnecting while I was waiting! Finally was able to get someone on the phone, they said they will put the manager on the line and then I get hung up on again before I can speak with someone! Dry very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of quality control for their orders!

This was my first time going and I will not be back. The service was lacking and not very friendly. The whole place seemed a little dark. Food was served in cheap plastic to go containers. The tortellini was tough, asked to add broccoli to the pasta but it was completely raw… Overall not a great dinner experience.

I’ve given this place a few tries as I have always enjoyed their chicken alfredo but it seems like the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. This time I tried the Cavatappi Lemon Parm with Shrimp and I was completely underwhelmed. The taste of the food was decent but in my opinion it wasn’t worth $14 bucks. This was the bigger portion and it literally looked like a side item.

Stopped on our way back to Clemson, SC. Food was prepared well and quickly. We were greeted by a gentleman who treated us like he was the owner. A pleasant experience and would work with a guy like that. Hope a Noodles & Co comes our way soon.

This place is absolutely amazing, this service is always super fast and efficient and the stuff is super friendly and helpful especially about new recommendations on dishes I haven’t tried yet! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone one! Also they do have vegetarian and gluten free options available.
