Friendly staff upon entering , greeted at the threshold. First time here and couldn’t be any happier I stopped in. Lady taking order was very helpful and I did ask her multiple questions which she was very nice and friendly. Ordered the pad Thai with chicken / and chicken parmigiana and Korean bbq meat balls , and a side caesar salad. I was comfortably full. Everything exceeded expectations from freshness to taste. Will definitely be back. I didn’t get the cashiers name but Tiffany did bring our order out and even came back later to ask how ever was. I wa sblown away by the experience today over all very satisfied. Will definitely be back.

Last night got my worst food for 4 years i visited this place. Ordered 3 items, all of them has barely any sauce. Never had such dry noodles. I am posting a photo of my noodles, u can see there is not a drop of a sauce on bottom of the plate.

Placed an online order for pickup today, confirmation # 36595574163111937, which had 3 kids meals. Honestly, the kids meals are filling enough for myself as a grown adult! Friendly staff at arrival and we never have complaints about the taste of the food. We live in Garner, so there isn’t one local and we drove an hour there and back just for pickup. Yes, we’re dedicated fans. My mistake for not checking the order before I left though. We didn’t get 2 items from the order and there was no way in hell I was driving back in rush hour. My mistake for trusting the order was filled properly when I saw all the checks on the receipt from the outside of the bag. Never had this issue in the past. My autistic child was super disappointed not to get their full order, but I take ownership for not checking the bag before I drove the 1hr 20min back home. It was a long day after work and the last thing I wanted to do was cook and micromanage my pickup order.

We ate at Noodles and Company on a Saturday. They were able to take our order fairly quickly. We went with our 3 kids. Our two year old was fussy and the staff was so sweet attempting to make him happy. They brought him a chocolate milk. I ate my favorite pad Thai it’s so good, the only thing I’d recommend is a larger portion. My boyfriend got the Spicy Korean Steak noodle his is really good. My teenage daughter got the crispy chicken bacon Alfredo and my 2 year old got the kids Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with broccoli. He really enjoyed it and he was happy after eating it. The food came out really fast which was helpful because we were hungry.

I ordered takeout, my son got the Cajun shrimp and I got the chicken parmesan with chess bread. Overall it tasted really good I guess my only complaint is that the noodles was dry. Both needed allot more sauce.
