Good news first – the food is delicious. The Asian noodles have the right amount of spice and they are prepared PERFECTLY with proper texture and starch. Very well done. I added Impossible Chicken today which was new for me. Also excellently prepared.
I’m also happy I ordered my food to go, since the place was not very clean in the front of the house. Tables, floors, trash cans, they could all use attention. The bathrooms were not good at all.
There was one thing that cost big, that is personal cell phone and keys laying on a food prep surface- that phone probably goes with them to the restroom – and now it’s on the counter where you pack my food to go. Please don’t do that.

I ordered steak stroganoff with no mushrooms. It said on the container no mushrooms is that on the receipt no mushrooms when my son got at home. It was full of mushrooms. They said there might be a little pieces in the sauce, but this was fistful of mushrooms when I called up and asked the manager about this he said there was nothing they could do. They would not give me a refund, even though they made the order incorrectly, worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Jay was the person I talked to said he was a manager. He also put me on hold and went and talked to Dominic who was also a manager. I’ll be reporting this to corporate.

I love the Noodles and Company in Annapolis, Maryland, but I happened to be in Severna Park and so I stopped there. The place is filthy! My feet stuck to the floor. There were liquids spilled on the counter by the drink machine. I didn’t even want to grab a napkin from there. You can see in the front windows where there’s a bunch of junk has fallen down and it just looks trashy. All of this affected how I felt my food would taste and in what condition the kitchen was in that was preparing it. I tried to keep it safe and just order the buttered noodles,. Not what I expected from this company . On the bright side, the young lady who took my order was very polite and friendly.

The atmosphere is pretty basic, my food was pretty good.
They handled my Celiac needs very well and even went to check labels for me. They offer rice noodles, a gluten free noodle and zucchini noodles and catered my dish to be made safely for me.

I have been to this store multiple times amazing food. They just always get the order wrong. Bbq mac but forgot bbq sauce ask to add anything they will forget and cheese not melted kinda strange. Great food terrible service or attention to detail.

I ordered a TOFU cav pesto bowl as I am vegetarian. My receipt said TOFU on it I get my order and bit into it , it was chicken. That was so negligent on the restaurant behalf and has made me disgusted by the fact I just ate chicken. So if you go here CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!

I came in with my 3 grandchildren to eat on 7-20-25 and had an absolutely horrible experience. Two of the children are dairy and gluten free and we ordered accordingly. Three meals were appropriate and cooked fine while one of the gluten dairy free meals arrived with cheese in it. When we approached the Assistant Manager (who was taking orders) about the issue she insisted that it didn’t and told us that what we thought was cheese was actually liquid egg they use in the Pad Thai. We ended up ordering another meal for my granddaughter just to be safe and it arrived with 3 pieces of dried macaroni in the broccoli. When my granddaughter approached the counter to speak to the Assistant Manager about the meal she saw her coming she turned her back ignoring her for a good 5 minutes while continuing to talk on her phone. She finally spoke with her and replaced the broccoli. My bill ended up being over $55.00 for 4 simple meals! We will never step foot in the place again!
