No wait in line. Food took decent amount of time to come out, not too long. Buffalo Mac and cheese was good. Had shrimp penne Rosa as well. It was ok. A little more sauce may have helped, but good overall. Tables available to sit at to dine-in.

Buyer beware. If you order delivery and they mess up your food, they “can’t do anything about it because they are sure they did it correctly” and refuse to help you without you having to come all the way to the store with the messed up food and receipt to prove that they had messed up

Don’t really care about the negative reviews regarding customer service. The pasta isn’t always cooked properly and they skimp very much on the sauce which makes the undercooked pasta that much worse. Even when I asked for extra sauce (and paid for it), they forgot and I had to go back and tell them. Even then it wasn’t enough to mask the issue of just poorly prepped food. I’ve had maybe 1 or 2 decent experiences with the food here out of about 10 or so visits.

If you want to having dining hall food for $10, this is your place. The bad reviews are here for a reason. For the same price you could be eating significantly better food at Cava. The food is very poor quality and tasteless. My friend even had hair in his food and they wouldn’t refund it.

This place did not make my order right bread was not done pasta was dry and I paid for extra sauce which they did not give me and when I called they could do nothing but tell me to come back they will recook the bread lol my husband went for me we live 4 miles away so just going back is ridiculous right now plus I’m pregnant how about just get the order right
