While the service is pretty fast and good and the staff is very helpful, or at least tries to be they are not too knowledgeable about the food. Also the food just wasn’t that great, it was ok for the most part. The potstickers were really good though. Also the place itself didn’t seem to be too clean, while it looked clean you were sticking to the floor.

A top tier fast casual spot, food was so good and definitely worth a visit. It was a bit confusing at first but that’s the only drawback.

I ordered the new Baked Chicken Alfredo from the West Hartford, CT location and I get home and it’s burnt and then there was a piece of Saran Wrap embedded inside my Rice Crispy. Terribly disappointed in this place and I won’t be returning to this location and in the future I’m checking my food before I walk out. The Crispy I wouldn’t have been able to see the plastic on location. It wasn’t discovered until I started eating it. It’s in the middle. Unfortunately my purchase isn’t documented in my Noodles account because the app wouldn’t take my credit card so I had to order in person but I would like a refund.

it’s always been hard for me to dine in a strip mall type area. Noodles & company is a little set off and has its own feel of its own place.
The counter crew girls were like a well-oiled machine. They took my order, offered me other options, and all were smiling and happy as can be.
My food came to the table and it was so enticing.
It was Pad Thai noodle bowl, and potstickers appetizers. The aroma and flavor were delectable, and I ate it all up with ease.
Even though the noodles and company are located in the middle of Mall mayhem, I will come out there again just for the wonderful meal.

The staff was super friendly. This was my 1st visit to Noodles and Co. I ordered caesar salad and meatballs with noodles. The chicken in the salad looked and tasted like it was pulled out of a can. Meatballs were rubbery and looked as though they came from IKEA minus the flavor. Possibly frozen meatballs.

First time here and everything was delicious. Excellent service.

The quality of the meal was severely lacking. What was served seemed to be barely-dressed instant or readymade noodles, completely missing the texture and fresh flavor of a proper sauté. There was a critical shortage of fresh ingredients, particularly the vegetables. Beyond the food, the non-existent patronage (the place was totally empty) contributed to a dismal atmosphere. When factoring in the meager portion size, the entire experience offered exceptionally poor value for money. It was unequivocally not a positive dining experience.

Chain restaurant, but with an authentic feel. Food consistency is always there and I love the variety of options. My kids love the choice of two sides and drink with their meal. I love that they have tofu as a protein option for any dish. Several years ago I had a not-so-good experience with Noodles & Company in California, but it may have been a one off thing (food-poisoning for 3 of the 4 people in our group after eating at that location). After several years of hiatus from this chain, we are fans once again.

Came here for dinner in the Manchester outlet for the first time. The servers were nice and polite.
Ordered the pad thai but it came without the cabbage and cilantro but still tasted good but a little sweet for me.
The pot stickers came out to be really nice with good amount of stuffing.
The facility was also clean and well maintained!

I ordered the pasta fresca with shirmp for $11.50. I just wanted my pasta to not be dry because the meal tends to be overcooked, although everything is already precooked. They charged me an extra $1.25. As a cashier, I believe your job is to inform the customer when they are extra charge. I should not be surprised when I check my receipts. Besides that, the food was ok and the restaurant was clean.
