We checked out Noodle One in Frisco and honestly it was a great experience overall. First off, everything is halal, i mean it’s in the name lol. Owners are muslim and great people

The decor is really nice and clean with a modern but cozy feel. It definitely gives authentic Asian comfort food vibes. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the start. There was a bit of a wait for seating, but we had a party of seven so that was expected. Once we sat down, service was smooth. The owners even came by our table to check on us, which was a really nice touch. They were super kind and made us feel appreciated.

Now the food:

Cumin fried rice was packed with flavor. You could really taste the cumin without it being overpowering. It had that perfect balance of spice and savoriness.

Chicken stir fried was simple but really well done. Tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a nice wok flavor that made it taste authentic and not greasy.

The steamed chicken xiao long bao were soft and delicate. When you bite into them, you get that warm, savory broth inside. Definitely one of the highlights.

The signature beef soup was hearty and comforting. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was tender. It is the kind of dish that feels like real comfort food.

Beef wontons in chili oil had a great kick without being too spicy. The wontons were soft, the beef filling was flavorful, and the chili oil added just the right amount of heat and depth.

Chicken corn fried dumplings had a nice crisp on the outside and a juicy filling inside. The slight sweetness from the corn worked really well with the chicken.

Beef and cabbage fried dumplings were flavorful and well seasoned. The cabbage added a nice texture and freshness to balance the beef.

Scallion pancakes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Simple but done right, especially dipped in sauce.

The flavors overall were very authentic and well balanced. Nothing felt overly heavy or artificial. Prices were pretty decent for the quality and portion sizes. The kids loved it, which says a lot. We will definitely be back.

Definitely worth trying! Best noodles in the DFW area!

Was so excited to try this new and trendy place located near Stonebriar mall in the heart of Frisco, and the experience did not let me down! Me and my friends tried their classic signature noodle beef soup and the oil-splash noodles, and they were both great.

The portion sizes were also large, and the prices were reasonable.

Noodle 1 also offers a Ramadan iftaar special, which was something I hope to try next time.

We also tried their milk teas, which were fantastic! The interior was also very clean, well lit, and nicely decorated for Ramadan

Overall, I really recommend eating here. I cannot wait to bring my family next time. Just be aware that they close in the afternoon and reopen for dinner time 🙂

Noodle One Halal is a gem in Frisco’s dining scene! From the first bite, we knew we had found something special. The food is incredibly authentic, flavorful, and consistently delicious.

Our top recommendations that you CANNOT miss:

• Uyghur Grilled Lamb Skewers: A recent discovery that blew us away. Perfectly charred, tender, and seasoned with cumin and spices. They’re aromatic, juicy, and taste like authentic street food.

• 涼拌土豆絲 (Spicy & Sour Shredded Potato Salad): This cold appetizer is a revelation! The texture is wonderfully crunchy, and the tangy, garlicky, slightly spicy dressing is incredibly refreshing. It’s the perfect palate-cleanser and a fantastic counterpoint to the richer dishes.

• 牛肉/雞肉小籠包 Beef and Chicken Xiao Long Bao: These dumplings are perfection. The flavor is rich and savory, and the delicate wrappers hold everything together beautifully. A true highlight!

• 紅油抄手 Wontons in Chili Oil: The perfect balance of savory, spicy, and nutty. The wontons are tender, and the chili oil sauce is so addictive we wanted to drink it. A must-order appetizer.

• 新疆炒米粉 XinJiang Stir Fried Rice Noodle: THIS DISH IS PHENOMENAL. We took the strong recommendation from other reviews and were blown away. The rice noodles (imported from XinJiang) have an amazing chew, the chicken is flavorful, and the spices are complex and utterly satisfying. It’s a hearty, comforting, and standout dish.

The service is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean and modern. Whether you’re craving dumplings, noodles, or something wonderfully spicy, Noodle One delivers on every level.

An Absolute Must-Try in Frisco!

If you are following Zabiha halal, then this is a great introduction to a cuisine with items like soup dumplings which are often not halal. Everything was solid (3.5-4/5), but nothing was outstanding. Maybe it’s my fault for going to a place called NOODLE one and not getting the noodle soup, but the soup dumplings were just mush and did not have the best flavor. If you’re not following Zabiha but still want halal (not pork) soup dumplings check out Jeng Chi’s lamb soup dumplings for better imo. The fried beef and cabbage dumplings were pretty good!! They held together really well and the filling was tasty. I also get a lemon tea which was really really good. I’d say my actual review of this place is 4/5, but making more food in DFW halal-accessible is an awesome goal, so I’m giving 5 stars.

Awesome halal Chinese/korean food place. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Our favourite are orange chicken, Korean friend rice, chicken & corn dumplings and off course Korean soup, which was too much in quantity to finish up. The service was wonderful and the open kitchen makes it a unique experience. Will definitely recommend!!

Authentic Flavors and Exceptional Service at Noodle One, Frisco

Noodle One in Frisco offers a refreshing blend of authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and an inviting atmosphere. It stands out as a great option for those seeking high-quality Asian cuisine with verified halal offerings.

During my visit, I tried the Cumin Beef Noodles and Grilled Lamb Skewers, and both dishes exceeded expectations. The Cumin Beef Noodles were rich in aroma and perfectly balanced in spice, with tender slices of beef complemented by springy, hand-pulled noodles. The Grilled Lamb Skewers were equally impressive — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail and mastery of flavor.

The restaurant’s décor adds to the overall experience — modern yet cozy, with an atmosphere that encourages both casual dining and relaxed conversation. Special mention to Si, our server, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness truly elevated the dining experience.

Overall, Noodle One delivers on every front — flavor, presentation, ambiance, and service. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Frisco looking for authentic, halal Asian cuisine served with genuine care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Noodle 1 – Frisco, TX
We had dinner at Noodle 1 and absolutely loved the experience! The customer service was excellent — very warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in.
The food was incredibly authentic and delicious. You can truly taste the freshness — they actually make the noodles right in the restaurant, and it shows in both the texture and flavor. The soup was rich and aromatic, filled with those traditional Chinese flavors that are hard to find elsewhere.
I’ve been looking for authentic halal Chinese food, and I’m so happy to finally have a place like Noodle 1 in Frisco. Everything — from the aroma to the presentation — felt genuine and made with care.
Large portions just made freshly .
Highly recommended for anyone craving real, fresh, and flavorful Chinese noodles.

Food is freshly cooked and very flavorful. The spicy lamb skewers were excellent. Ordered Beef Wonton, Orange Chicken, General Tso Chicken, Korean BBQ Fried Rice. The fried rice wasn’t too spicy though. Will have to visit again to try the noodles.

We got the beef stir fried noodles, cumin beef over noodles, and beef wonton. I enjoyed the chewy noodles. The stir fried noodles were really good so I can see why it’s one of their best sellers. The cumin beef had a lot of flavor. I’ve never had beef wonton before so it was pretty unique. They tasted good. It wasn’t too spicy despite it being in chili oil.
