I can honestly say that I’ve never really had a bad pizza from Benito’s, but their customer service just lost a customer for good. We ordered a 30 slice pizza and a medium on Halloween, and we’re told 1hr 15m. Got there and we’re told at the door that they were just starting on the 4:30pm orders (we ordered at 4pm). When asked how much longer, they ignored us and shut the door. Mind you there were probably around 12-15 people waiting outside. When we tried calling, we received a recording saying they were closed. We ended up canceling the order and called W Jefferson Bar & Grill (their pizza is better anyway). This is the 3rd time we’ve had atrocious service from the Rockwood Benito’s and we won’t be back.

I’m not sure if the photo does it justice but this deep dish pizza was completely inedible. I know that deep dish pizza is cooked with oil in the bottom of the pan but this was like a thin crust SOAKED in oil. I’ve had deep dish here before and this was not right. I can’t believe they would give this to a customer.
I paid $20 to have a small pizza delivered and I can’t even eat it. I tried to call to talk to a manager but no one is available until tomorrow. The girl on the phone did not sound concerned or apologetic. If there is no manager on shift with younger people working, I think it would be appropriate for them to have training on handling poor food and customer complaints.

Ordered a Xtra large pizza and when it arrived it seemed like it had two crust on it, problem being the bottom of the crust was burnt and separated from the pizza with another layer of crust in between the bottom and the toppings.

do not recommend. ordered a thin crust bbq chicken pizza and the pizza is so soggy and disgusting from the gross amount of cheese they piled onto the pizza. pizza came all mixed around and jumbled up. very sloppy and gross.

This is a local place that we order from often and have no complaints. The reason for this review is because we had a special request for my daughter’s birthday party, and not only did they agree to it, they did it enthusiastically. They even wrote a nice birthday message inside the box lid. The delivery driver said she was so excited about making these pizzas. It helped make my daughter’s party extra special. Thanks!

My wife and I have had Benitos before but never the deep dish and the crew crushed this one. The deep dish is not too think and had a solid crunch to the crust – the pizza overall was extremely flavorful. The service was great as well there was an older gentleman there who took my order and brought my pizza out to my car because I was 10 minutes early. The establishment is a bit out dated and needs renovations. The souffle cups of ranch could also be a bit bigger especially if you only give 1 for a large deep dish.

Orderd pizza and wings and they told me 20 min on the phone and I got there after 25 min and then ended up waiting a additional hour! For one pizza and wings on a Thursday night isn’t cool. You cannot tell customers a time and then double it.

They get 5 stars for service .. But my pizza was dry .. I Had gotten 2 deep dish they parbake their deep dish which makes it dry… This was my first time ever having Benitos pizza I would definitely order again but I wouldnt get their deep dish ever again .

Always quick and fresh. Super Bowl Sunday, I ordered early at 8:50pm expecting it to take an hour and a half for delivery. But it took 35 minutes. They always have extra pepperoni for my dog because they see how excited she gets.
