I wouldn’t say that this place is good or bad. It was mediocre but, loved the idea of having Vietnamese in Hawaii. When it comes to taste, A for effort but, nothing impressed me here. I’m sure it tastes great if you’re not accustom to Vietnamese food.

Really enjoyed our dinner here! The veggie Pho with veggie broth was delicious! We also got fried rice and fried calamari. A great casual atmosphere to take the family for a low-key inexpensive and healthy meal. We’ll definitely go back! Good service, easy parking right in front and plenty of space.

I ate dinner with my daughters at OaO and saw that pho noodle bar restaurant was next door and since we all love pho we had to check it out. I’m so glad we did. Everything was delicious, including fhe spring rolls and the fried dumplings. But the highlight was the pho hot pot. I have had pho in numerous spots across north america, including chinatown in new york city and boston, toronto, and phoenix. This pho was the best ive ever had . There was a shank with ribs, ox tail with the bone, and all the other usual suspects in pho combination. The broth was incredible. Finally, the service was amazing. The owner, Lily. and her daughter served us.
Lily has an incredible story that led to her opening this restaurant- just ask!

Well, I started eating before taking pictures. That good. Great vibe with nice music playing in the background with some awsome visuals. Service so nice and friendly, food was hot and full of flavor. We have Pho every where we go, this is one of the best broths we have had. Let’s make this place busy. Come and eat here. Don’t wait in line on Front street in the crowds. You’ll be very happy with the food at Noodle Bar.

Noodle Bar is a friendly local’s hangout where the phở is quickly served to quench your appetite. We tried 4 types of phở and all were excellent. Thai iced tea was refreshing, and ambiance reflected casual Maui aloha culture.

We ordered combo pho, ox-tail pho, and spicy beef noodles and they all exceeded our expectations, considering we were in Maui, not Bay Area, Calif. The ox-tail was cooked to the right level of firmness (not too chewy not too soft). Prices are reasonable for the locale. Parking was easy to find but do check with the owner about parking there since I noticed a few cars had tickets on the windshield.

Ordered Pad thai w/Tofu which was really good.
Pho (Vegetarian) was bit salty for me and vegetables had strange after taste. The soup part was good – so not bad overall when i skipped veggies :/
The hand written bill total was $3 off, Hawaii 4% tax wasn’t itemized (see the photo)
Speedy service, but no one checked on us since we were served food. This is around 7:30pm on Wed with just 2 other customers
TL;DR: This place is missing “Aloha factor”

Wonderful Vietnamese restaurant In Lahaina. Clean, great service and wonderful food. We especially loved their fresh spring (summer) rolls and sautéed tofu over vermicelli noodles! Lots of vegetarian options.
