As always, Nood Bar was incredible! The special today was the crab boil ramen, absolutely incredible…weirdly, my only critique is to leave out the ramen! The corn, meat, broth and crab cake thing was soooooooo good, I wanted nothing to do with the noodles. I want to buy the broth and drink it by the gallon! Crab rangoon was also perfect. I hope the boil becomes a permanent menu item, if you prefer more soupy ramen, like I do, I would ask if they can do extra broth or just half the noodles.

Best vibes in the Dayton area!!!! The chicken ramen noodles is something everybody should experience the drunk noodles explode with flavor the shrimp bao buns are so amazing but my favorite thing has to be the crab rangoons with how they use pimento cheese instead of cream cheese is pure genius!!! You should run and get you some before they sell out

Ate the Drunk Noods after the Pub Run. Service was friendly and fast. The noodles were delicious and vegan. There was only one other place with vegan options, so I was pleased with my choice. A nice craft beer topped off a fun evening at the Silos.

Absolutely delicious – crab rangoon, Asian street corn, and crispy fried shrimp bao buns were out of this world delicious. Real blue crab in the rangoon, flavors on the corn are on point, and the sauce on the bao bun takes it up a notch. Highly recommend.

The Nood Bar is in The Silos, which has a fantastic atmosphere. The menu is short so ordering is pretty fast and easy. It was also ready very fast. The Chicken Ramen was tasty. My partner was a little disappointed you had to pay extra for chili oil. This item doesn’t have a flame beside it on the menu, and it wasn’t spicy.

Food was delicious. I ordered both the boa chicken and the shrimp. The shrimp is my favorite.

I saw a TikTok post that caught my attention regarding this eatery. It took some time but I finally was able to visit, while in the area, for lunch. Let me say, they do not disappoint at all. I got the Chicken Ramen and fell in love! The flavors were amazing and the collars complimented the bowl very well!! Definitely going to be come back!

This was my 1st time at the Silos and Nood bar, I was excited to try. I got the drunken noods paid $19, $14 for the noodles+$4 to add chicken. Just like other reviews stated, it was way to salty. It tasted like high sodium and high blood pressure. The smoky flavor was nice, didn’t see/taste any Thai basil as it was supposed to be some. Had 4 small strips of chicken, 3 tiny pieces of broccoli. Just wasn’t what I expected for almost $20.

Some of the best ramen and noodles in Dayton. The bao buns and crab Rangoon are delicious too. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu

This place is delicious! Honestly the best crab Rangoon I have ever had. Bao buns were awesome. My husband loved the noodles. Silos is a great place to grab a quick bite.
