This is my brother’s.Go to pizza place and I can see why. Enjoyed takeout of my first salad pizza and it was delicious. Ordered a small one and asked for thin crust which made it still doughy but crisp. The salad on top was fresh crisp and abundant. Even came with some balsamic dressing on the side but didn’t use it because, as it came was flavorful enough. We also ordered a small meatball pizza, which came with thinly sliced meatballs covering the surface. on regular crust that was delicious as well. But I preferred the crispness of the thin crust and recommend it. Good balance of dough, sauce, cheese and topping.

I wasn’t too pleased when someone repeatedly swept dust on me instead of asking me to move while I was at the register to pay, but whatever, the young people these days can be oblivious. My rating is based on the food. The counter people were nice.

The variety alone was great. Slices are not too bready with a nice crunch. We would highly recommend. I enjoyed the Classic Vegetarian and my husband the BBQ chicken slice. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We were even asked if we enjoyed the food and to have a great day upon leaving.

Ordered the chicken BLT , meatball parm hero WITHOUT fries and cobb salad. BLT stands for BACON of which there was non lettuce and tomato. I ordered mayo instead of what ever dressing they put on the sandwich and added onions of which there were non and charged for it. Absolutely tasteless. The price of the meatball hero stayed at same price when I removed the fries. Good way to rip off customers. The Cobb salad was good except for the fact that the amount of salad dressing you are given for $18 salad is laughable. I had to use my own. First time there and completely disappointed. Staff were helpful and quick. Only positive. In this day and age with costs the way they are food should be what it is and taste like something and dont make your customers have to use their own salad dressing. Pathetic. Will not be back!!

I used to order a lot from this restaurant, but lately the food is not good as it used to be, I just ordered California salad with chicken cutlet, but the cutlet is burned you can even taste that, I called the back, the girl who picked up said there is nothing what she can do on her end …. :(((

When Nonas first opened it was wonderful. The service was as good as the food. Warm greetings were offered by the staff when entering and leaving. Post Covid Nonas is a much different experience. Picking up to go food has become a time consuming & confusing ordeal and there is never the welcoming atmosphere. You can stand unattended at the counter and literally have to get the attention of the chatty and unfocused staff by asking for assistance
Service is as important as the food. Especially at the prices we New Yorkers have to pay.

This is hands down the BEST place to get Italian food in Peekskill! The food is delicious, I’ve had quite a few dishes from there, the fettuccine carbonara is absolute perfection. The pizza is always perfect, no matter what slice you pick. Plus, when you are there, the staff makes you feel like family. I will absolutely be coming back again and again. Its not pizza night if it isn’t Nonnas!

Have ordered from Nonna’s for years but at some point, they changed ownership and the service has gone down the drain. Today, for example, we ordered 6 pizzas to get delivered at a specific time for our child’s birthday party. We gave several hours of notice and paid and tipped ahead of time. The delivery never showed up. We called to ask about the delay TWICE; the first time, they told my husband that the driver left a few minutes ago. The second time, they said they had no record of the order and then tried to charge me again for the same order. (Our neighbor shared that the exact same thing happened to them recently.) Nonna’s remade the pizzas but this time, my husband went to pick it up and had to wait more than 30 minutes. While they shoved (unwanted) desserts at my husband, they didn’t try to make it right even though we paid for delivery and tipped ahead of time. Though the owner apologized to my husband, he also told him that the Spanish speaking delivery driver was the problem, blaming it on a language issue. It was really upsetting, and the whole situation derailed our plans for the party. Such a shame.

Do not go here !!!! I never thought I’d be making this review about this restaurant. But This place recently got new management and went to shit. To bad I can’t rate zero stars they used to be so good. It’s sad I ordered one simple, large cheese, pizza, a small cheese, pizza, and an order of plain wings. The delivery driver said that he had gotten into my house and knocked and called me. I received no calls and didn’t hear a knock. He arrived at the same time as my company and my company told him I was coming to the door. He then told them that he wasn’t waiting for me, (even though he only waited one minute on my ring camera) and then left. I called them and asked them are they gonna give me my food and they then told me that they couldn’t anymore because I wasn’t quick enough to the door even though he only waited a minute and my friends assured him I was coming. I then begged them for my food and they told Me, I would have to wait hours until I got my food. They finally came and brought my food and tried to overcharge me $20. I asked for a receipt and the delivery driver told me that he didn’t have it, Then I searched up the prices of everything that I had and it came out to over $20 less than what he tried to charge me. I still tipped him… I got the food and everything was cold and tasted terrible. The wings were soft and chewy and smelled like they’ve been out for days. I called and asked for my refund and told them I had all the food to give back to them. and they said that they would bring it to me in a few hours when they could and they never did today. I’m calling them about my refund and they’re telling me that I have to wait until Wednesday because the guy that I spoke to wasn’t there, this is very very very unprofessional and this is my last straw with them not only did they try to steal my money, but they won’t give me a refund for food that was sitting out for three hours and wasn’t delivered to me until they were ready to . I also got really sick from a grilled chicken Caesar wrap a week prior to this. NEVER GO HERE.
