Nomiya is phenomenal. As someone who lived in Japan for three years and is very serious about ramen, I don’t say this lightly: this is the best tonkotsu ramen I’ve had in the U.S. The 24-hour slow-cooked broth is rich, authentic, and deeply satisfying, and the toppings were absolutely perfect. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with black garlic oil—unforgettable.
The shop is adorable, beautifully decorated, and the service was incredibly sweet. I was honestly surprised by how reasonable the prices were for the quality—I would have happily paid more. The Demon Slayer sake was smooth and delicious, and everything felt thoughtful and intentional. This has easily become one of my favorite ramen spots in the country, and I can’t wait to come back.

The ramen was just ok. The flavor of the broth was average. The pork was way too thick and dry. Thinner slices would have been much better. The egg was underdone. The yolk should be soft but not so liquidy that it dissolves into the broth. The noodles were cooked to a nice consistency, but if I was told they were store bought I would believe it. I still gave 4 stars because the service and atmosphere were excellent, and the ramen is good for an area not know for that type of cuisine.

Visited this place for the first time and the experience was great. They had a very small staff that took care of everything but they worked well together although they don’t say much to each other. The place had a very relaxing vibe, decor was great, and the ramen was excellent. It was a little too salty but good nonetheless.

Suck a exquisite taste , greatest ramen (tasted by me) in New Orleans. Really Japan flavor 9/10 ( cuz they didn’t put some Nori) . It was a great . I recommend it 100%

Nice little ramen joint with tasty choices on the menu and polite and well attending staff.
I ordered their pork buns for started. They were delicious, well balanced and nicely seasoned. I also tried their vegan pork ramen which also was very tasty. The north was not too thick or thin, and the meat was perfectly cooked with a nice texture.

Best sushi I’ve ever had, hands down. Already been here twice in one week because I loved it so much the first time.
You can definitely tell the fish is fresh. Some of the rolls are pretty unique, and have all been fantastic. The spicy tuna crunch rice appetizer is a must have, probably could have eaten two orders myself.
Will definitely have to become a staple in our dinner rotations.

Not sure what’s happened with the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times and the ramen has been delicious. However, I’ve noticed the quality of the eggs going down. Today I ate the kuro ramen and I’ve had an explosive time in the bathroom for a few hours now. The egg tasted weird and so did the other people I was with. It tasted sour and weirdly spicy. Looking back on it, I would keep an eye out for eggs that have gone bad. The customer service was great though and the atmosphere is friendly. Overall great customer service, good ramen except for the egg, and a bit pricy.

Came here when it was just a small shop with barely any A/C. Really happy to see how much it has grown and really happy to see how consistent it still is. The service was immaculate. She was attentive and relatable.
The food itself was still one of the best I ever had. The broth was amazing, noodles was cooked perfectly. Meat was tender, egg was still runny, everything was amazing. Will definitely come back.
